Andrew started out as an academic in biology research before joining his father’s wealth management practice. He brings this disciplined ability to analyze data and break complex problems down into simple, efficient solutions for clients. Working with a select group of ultra high net worth individuals and families, Andrew has been fortunate to work with a highly successful team that has built long-lasting relationships by always putting the interests of their clients first.

Jill joined UBS in 2021 with 18 years of experience in the financial services industry and a keen focus on helping her clients and their families achieve their financial goals. She is a frequent contributor to media outlets such as Fox Business News, Bloomberg, New York Times and at conferences including the United Nations, Women’s Investment Management Forum, Women’s Private Equity Summit, CT Community Foundation Women and Philanthropy. Prior to joining UBS, she was a Managing Director and Financial Advisor at Evercore Wealth Management, where she advised clients on lifestyle and retirement planning, pre-transaction planning, investments, wealth transfer and philanthropic giving, with a particular emphasis on supporting women investors through the firm’s Wise Women investor program.

Joining UBS as an intern, Greg continued his career as a Wealth Planning Analyst for the New York Private Wealth Management Complex. Today as a partner of The Shantz Mantione Group, Greg embodies the concept of teamwork in every way. His early years as an elite-level hockey player taught him the importance of teamwork and collaboration in achieving greater goals. He and his team, clients’ CPAs, estate attorneys and other specialists work together toward their clients’ long-term financial well-being.
Greg and his team have developed and utilize a disciplined discovery and planning process that helps identify what is most important to clients, their families and their businesses—helping them reach their goals. In doing so, he strives to “deliver the firm” and provides them with access to the full suite of global resources, opportunities and thought leadership of the world’s largest wealth manager.
This experience of collaboratively working with entrepreneurs and business owners in addressing their unique needs before, during and after a transition has led Greg to become the founder and President of the Southeast Michigan Chapter of the Exit Planning Institute. This is a group of local advisors dedicated to changing the outcomes for middle market owners looking to grow, transition or exit their businesses*. Having grown up in Southeast Michigan allows Greg to actively be involved and contribute to the growth and expansion of an area he is passionate about.

Brandon joined the team in 2023 with 16 years of experience in financial services. As a Portfolio Manager for high net worth individuals he focuses on designing and implementing investment strategies that meet client’s goals in a tax efficient manner. He earned his MBA from Fordham University and his Bachelor’s degree from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Brandon is a CFA® Charter Holder. In his previous role, he was a client facing portfolio manager with high net worth individuals at City National Rochdale for over eight years. Prior to that he held positions at PWC and Credit Suisse. Brandon's hobbies include golf, skiing and HIIT. On the weekends he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids in Darien, CT.

As a relationship manager for the Shantz Mantione Group, Jill’s passion and focus are clients through management of our team’s marketing initiatives. She oversees events, sponsorships, and philanthropic management. She also is responsible for all media requests and intellectual capital podcasts.
Jill joined UBS in 2005, bringing more than 18 years of experience working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their families. However, building relationships, understanding clients’ wants and needs, are truly what inspires Jill as she strives to be an indispensable resource for her team.

-Jill served an eight-year term as board president and chair of the Pelham Art Center and currently is an active board member of The Picture House, a regional film center in Westchester County, New York.

Jim is the founder of the Shantz Mantione Group. He has devoted his career to creating a holistic wealth management platform that can help individuals and their families realize their goals. A veteran of six recessions and numerous market cycles during his 40 years in financial services, he is well-versed in counseling clients through stressful times. His special focus at this stage of his practice is relationship-building and working with other professional advisors to help ensure all the different parts of his clients’ wealth plans are working in tandem. Jim has earned a Series 7 securities license, Series 3 commodities license and insurance licenses.
Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Fordham University, where he also minored in economics and philosophy. Jim and his wife live in Ridgefield, Connecticut, and have three children and seven grandchildren.
