Colin Murphy is a Senior Portfolio Manager who has managed client's futures over the last 20 years, human-to-human.  The first decade of Colin's career was spent as an institutional bond trader in Denver, Chicago and New York.  He knows that proper planning drives continued prosperity and it relates to more than just investments.   It's how well you connect with the heart-beating people you're trying to help and communicate your understanding back to them.   Colin challenges conventional thinking and seeks knowledge relentlessly to keep his practice inspired, exploring every opportunity and generating creative solutions.

After leaving New York, Colin led the Charles Schwab bond desk in Denver before embarking on a career in wealth management at Merrill Lynch.  He joined UBS in 2008.  

Colin holds a BS in Marketing from Metropolitan State University of Denver and his MBA in Finance and Accounting from Regis University.

Mariana is a native of Miami, Florida. She moved to Toulouse, France where she completed a French immersion program for six months. Subsequently, Mariana completed her undergraduate studies in economics and global business administration at the Institut Catholique de Toulouse. Upon graduation she returned to Miami where she worked at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. with a team focused on foreign bond arbitrage with international clients and options trading with institutional investors. Eager to be close to family, she moved to Denver and joined UBS in January 2017. Passionate about the great outdoors, the move to Denver was a natural fit. Mariana enjoys cycling, hiking and watching live music. Mariana is fluent in Spanish, French and English and holds her Series 7 registration.
