As the founder of The Keyser Group, Bill works closely with his clients to provide personalized and comprehensive financial guidance to individuals and families. He has extensive experience in helping high net worth families and business owners create, implement and manage advanced financial planning strategies through a variety of market cycles. Bill works with companies of all sizes helping with various corporate financial needs and advanced planning.

His financial career began at Merrill Lynch. Bill invested 8 years at Merrill Lynch prior to joining UBS in 2002. It was here at UBS where he founded The Keyser Group. In 2010, he received the UBS Wealth Advisor award. Currently, Bill is a Certified Financial Planner™, Senior Vice President – Wealth Management and Senior Portfolio Manager. He graduated with a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. Bill holds Series 3, 7, 63, 65 securities licenses, is a registered Life Insurance Producer and is a Licensed Mortgage Loan Orignator - NMLS# 1630787.

Bill is also a certified PSIA Ski Instructor and is actively involved in the community. When he is not at work, monitoring the markets, or on the slopes, you can find him coaching youth soccer for the Natick Soccer Club. He lives with his wife and two children in Natick. Bill enjoys spending time with his family and is always up for a round of golf.

Laurel hold her Series 7, Series 5, Series 63, and Series 65. She is also Life and Health Insurance licensed.

Laurel is a graduate of Connecticut College where she studied Spanish Literature. She is active in the environmental nonprofit community in New Hampshire. When she is not working, Laurel enjoys hiking, kayaking, gardening, traveling, and just about anything else outdoors.

In addition to supporting her advisors, Annmarie is the Office Manager and Branch Technology Liaison for the Wellesley Branch. When she is not at the Wellesley Office, AnnMarie enjoys spoiling her grandkids, traveling, and cooking.

Discretionary portfolio management

Our team provides a variety of strategies that enable us to build custom portfolios. As Portfolio Managers in the UBS Portfolio Management Program, we provide discretionary management of your investments and tailor your asset allocation to your unique situation.

Our customized portfolios are informed by our own investment experience, specialists in our Portfolio Advisory Group and intellectual capital from CIO Americas, Wealth Management research. With our team actively monitoring your investments, you have the time to focus on what matters most—your family, your business and the future.

_{The Portfolio Management Program (PMP) is a wrap fee advisory program in which our Financial Advisors manage client accounts on a discretionary basis. PMP is designed for clients who (i) want to delegate portfolio management discretion to their Financial Advisor; (ii) are looking to implement a medium to long-term investment plan; and (iii) prefer the consistency of fee-based pricing. PMP is not appropriate for clients who: (i) want to maintain trading control over their account; (ii) seek a short-term investment; (iii) want to maintain consistently high levels of cash, money market funds, or invest primarily in no-load mutual funds; (iv) want to maintain highly concentrated positions that will not be sold regardless of market conditions; or (v) who anticipate significant withdrawals from the account.}
