Jana believes wealth planning is best achieved over a long-term client relationship, encompassing both present and future aspects of their lives. While her thorough planning process is informed by deep technical knowledge, it equally embraces the unique personality and concerns of each client. Discovering what is most meaningful to clients to help them achieve financial plans that support what gives them purpose is Jana’s passion.
Family Wealth Advisors combines their boutique private planning services with the vast resources of the world’s largest wealth manager to serve the private banking, planning, investing, philanthropic and family office needs of ultra-high net worth families.

Jana is the founder of Parham | Deidiker Family Wealth Advisors. She earned her Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation in 1999, studied at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business to earn her Certified Private Wealth Advisor® and Certified Exit Planning Advisor designations, and holds her CIMA®. She earned her Chartered Special Needs Planning Consultant designation in 2023. Jana is one of a select group recognized as a UBS Private Wealth Advisor. In 2016/2017, she Co-Chaired the Financial Advisor Advisory Council, a group of 15 Financial Advisors in the U.S. Jana graduated Phi Beta Kappa, Senior Scholar, from the University of Arkansas in 1984.

Jana has served on the boards of Fifty Forward and Nashville Public Television. She was president of Fifty Forward Endowment and Breakfast Club of Nashville and is the President of the Middle Tennessee Estate Planning Council.

His guiding priority is to help preserve and grow a client’s financial, family, and social capital so that each family’s legacy has a positive impact today, and for generations yet to come.

Nick is a Certified Financial PlannerTM (CFP®) and a licensed member of the Tennessee Bar. A Vanderbilt graduate and avid 'Dores fan, he has degrees in anthropology and political science and a JD from the University of Memphis' Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Nick is a select advisor at UBS authorized to work as an Institutional Consultant, serving Family Offices and institutional clients.
Community Involvement and Interests
Nick loves his community; he serves on the Board of the Nashville Symphony, as Treasurer and Secretary of Amputee Blade Runners, a graduate of Young Leaders Council, volunteers for Junior Achievement and Habitat for Humanity, and belongs to the Estate Planning Council and Phoenix Club of Nashville.
He and his wife, Connie, live in Green Hills and outside of the office you can find them exploring Nashville's incredible culinary, cultural, music, and outdoor experiences.

Chris knows the best advice comes from careful analysis and attention to detail, from asset allocation to portfolio analysis, to life and long-term care insurance policy design. He is passionate about investigating minute details of the financial plan and portfolio. He believes this due diligence is a critical step in properly analyzing and creating an actionable path forward for clients.

Chris harbors a lifelong love for analytics and strategy. While interning at UBS during college, he realized he had found his career path and uses his analytical skills today as the Senior Wealth Strategy Associate for Family Wealth Advisors. He holds his Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, Tennessee life, health and accident insurance license, and studied at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania while earning his CIMA® designation. After completing his educational coursework through Pepperdine University, Chris obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certification. He believes that continuing to learn is the way to become even more relevant and valuable to clients. Chris graduated from Belmont University with a Bachelor of Science in mathematics in 2008.

Chris serves as Treasurer and President-Elect on the FiftyForward Endowment board, and is the past Chair of its Investment Committee. He supports Gilda’s Club of Middle Tennessee on its Development committee and as the Membership Chair of the Associate Board. Past service includes the Young Alumni Council of his alma mater, Belmont University.

Angelina utilizes a holistic approach to service client needs, and she recognizes that while clients’ financial lives depend on solid numbers, she knowns what is really important are the people and families behind the data. She works to simplify and streamline a client’s life by building strong relationships and delivering impeccable and caring service, two key hallmarks of Angelina’s work. Clients rely on her for seamless, efficient, and confidential management of their financial journey. By entrusting her with that part of their life, they can reclaim precious time and focus on what truly matters in their lives.

Angelina has been in the financial industry since 2005 and holds her Series 7 and 66 licenses. She graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 2004. At her prior financial services firm, she was recognized for 10 consecutive years as a Distinguished Service Professional.
Community Involvement and Interests
Angelina has participated in the Susan G Komen 3 Day walk to fund Breast Cancer Research. She loves helping and caring for animals, and assisted non-profits Rebuilding Together and Houston Pets Alive, in Houston Texas, with clean up and displaced animals after Hurricane Harvey in 2017. In recent years, Angelina has dedicated herself to raising funds for local rescue shelters that save, rehabilitate, and rehome animals in need.

Paul’s passion is in helping individuals define their goals and working with clients to develop a custom plan to help achieve them. As the alternative investment lead on the team, he understands that every client situation is unique and requires custom strategies and solutions not always available in the public markets. He partners with other members of the team to listen, build, and create positive financial outcomes for clients.

Prior to joining Family Wealth Advisors in 2022, Paul was a founding member of Alliance Bernstein’s Nashville Private Wealth Management office, creating detailed and custom wealth forecasting analyses for every client situation, and served as team-lead. He has his Series 7 and 66 licenses. Paul graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2017 with a B.A. in Economics.

Paul serves as a Big Brother Mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee. In his free time, Paul likes to stay active, sing and play guitar, and cheer on his beloved Bengals during football season.

Olivia believes developing an intentional relationship with a client is the foundation for creating successful financial outcomes. She strives to gain a better insight into clients’ personal perspectives and financial goals with every interaction, and focuses on providing exemplary and personalized service for our clients. She especially enjoys working with multiple generations of our client families as well. Clients and team members recognize her ability to manage the minute details of client service while maintaining a relentless focus on their bigger picture.

Olivia joined the financial industry in 2020, and continues to focus on client service. She holds her Series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as her Tennessee Life and Health Insurance license. Olivia attended Mississippi State University and graduated with a degree in Communications, and a focus in Public Relations.

Olivia has a passion for her community and serving those around her. She is a graduate of Young Leaders Council, served on the Young Professionals Board for Special Olympics TN, volunteers at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, and is a member of the Junior League of Nashville.
