AWAY—As We Age Yoga - August

Aging is inevitable. Studies have shown that yoga has positive effects on both the body and the mind as we age. Unlike many physical activities, a yoga practice can continue to grow and adapt throughout one’s lifetime. Please join us for one or both of the AWAY sessions! No prior yoga experience is required.
