Cliff is the most senior advisor in UBS's Indianapolis office. In 1983 he joined Paine Webber, which was acquired by UBS in 2000. He has spent his entire financial services career at this firm making a difference in countless lives over the decades. All this makes for a seasoned expert in creating and protecting wealth through all market cycles. The team turns to Cliff for his long-term perspective and insight into advising clients through all stages of life. He is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Management.
For the past 20 years, he has been a volunteer and board member for the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis and Fishers and has served as a mentor for the Fishers Youth Mentoring Initiative. He has been married to his wife Lisa for 36 years and has 2 adult children, Cale and Peyton. He enjoys golfing, hiking, exercising, dogs and all spectator sports.

Dan takes pride in being able to help his clients pursue their long-term objectives by using unique solutions that are tailored to their individual needs. He has spent 20 of his 28-year career in financial services at UBS. Dan anchors his recommendations in a deep understanding of his clients' goals as well as research insights and trends from across the firm and industry. Dan focuses on using alternative investment strategies where appropriate. Dan holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Management from Marian University, graduating summa cum laude. He split his undergraduate studies between Marian and Wake Forest University, and thus is an avid Demon Deacon fan.
He and his wife Tonya, also a UBS professional, have 3 adult children and live in Fishers, Indiana. As a family, they enjoy travel and experiencing new places, as well as a good game of euchre when they’re not on the road. Dan has enjoyed a myriad of volunteer roles over the years, and currently serves on the board of stewardship at his church.

Focusing on entrepreneurial success
Jason centers much of his UBS practice on working with successful entrepreneurs and business owners. Jason developed his financial expertise through 33 years in financial services, including 19 as a UBS financial advisor. His aim is to help clients maximize the value of their businesses at all stages of growth. He also looks at the important role retirement plans play in his clients' hiring and retention goals. The team turns to Jason for his expertise in business exit planning. He attended Butler University and recently earned his CEPA, Certified Exit Planning Advisor, in order to advise business owners on how to sell or transition their business successfully.
Jason and his wife Jennifer have 6 adult children between them and enjoy life in their zoo of 3 Cocker Spaniels and 2 cats. He is the President and Founder of the Friends of Ellenberger Park non-profit in the Irvington community of Indianapolis. They both love going to concerts and supporting the Indianapolis Colts and Pacers.

Francie is an accomplished financial planning professional, having served as UBS's Indianapolis Wealth Planning expert before expanding the scope of her work to client advising. Francie's ideal approach begins with a full financial plan, knowing that the process will help her clients fit the pieces together to reach their financial and life-long goals. She joined UBS in 2014. The team turns to Francie for her strong knowledge of UBS's Wealth Way and other financial planning resources. She is a Certified Financial Planning Professional (CFP) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®). She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Illinois and a MBA in Finance from the Kellogg School of Northwestern University.
Francie lives in Indianapolis with her husband Tom. All 5 of their children are Indiana University Hoosiers, with 1 still on campus. Prior to taking a break to raise their children, Francie worked as a Fixed Income portfolio manager for Northern Trust in Chicago. She enjoys volunteering at her church, travel, sports, and big family parties whenever and wherever.

Kim has been serving clients at UBS for over 30 years. She has held nearly every administrative support position in our office, including wire operator, cashier, branch administrator, and operations manager. This knowledge and experience in branch operations has made her a key member of the team in providing excellent service to clients. She lives in Indianapolis with her husband Todd and they have 2 grown sons, Grant and Mitchell. She enjoys baking, cake decorating, and maintains a small catering business.
Client Associate
John Latimer is a Client Associate with UBS, supporting the delivery of tailored wealth management strategies for individuals and families. A graduate of Wake Forest University, he combines a strong foundation in finance with a client-first approach. John is focused on building a long-term career in wealth management and helping clients pursue their financial goals through thoughtful planning, disciplined investment strategies, and trusted advice. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, traveling to new places, and hiking with his dog, Kara. He is also an avid student of history and philosophy, interests that reinforce his appreciation for long-term thinking, sound judgment, and continuous learning.
