Tim began his financial services career in 1982 at UBS-predecessor firm PaineWebber. He later joined Credit Suisse in 2008 and returned to UBS in 2015. Motivated by his parents’ experience with an unsuccessful business plan, Tim learned the value of financial planning early in his life. In fact, his own financial planning efforts helped him to manage the challenges of his child’s illness. Through his investment expertise and industry knowledge, Tim is passionate about guiding his client and their families to a strong financial future.

Philanthropy is very important to Tim and he gives back to a number of organizations including, Mission Safe, Summer Search, Winchester and McLean Hospital, Winchester Community Park and Greenlight Fund. Tim has four children. He enjoys soccer, paddleboard, golf and tennis in his free time.
Chris is a 48-year veteran of the Wealth Management business joining EF Hutton after graduating Boston University with a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Finance in 1975. After six years at EF Hutton, Chris moved to Dean Witter and in 1989 joined Paine Webber, a UBS-predecessor firm. During his career, Chris has experienced varied market conditions, including three market crashes and historically high interest rates; these business environments have greatly shaped his approach to the industry and ultimately the guidance he offers to his clients.

Outside of UBS
Since 2005, Chris has been a member of the Order of Malta, a Catholic lay organization whose mission is to serve the poor and tend to the sick. The Order’s supports yearly pilgrimages of desperately ill people to the Shrine of Mary in Lourdes, France. Chris has been fortunate to serve in 15 pilgrimages to Lourdes.
Chris has had a life-long interest in aviation and holds an active commercial pilot’s license. He also has a black belt in Kempo Karate. Also included among his personal achievements, Chris completed ten marathons and an Iron Man competition in Hawaii. Chris currently resides in Westwood with his wife Marti. They enjoy spending as much time as possible with their four children and thirteen grandchildren
Matt has 20 years of wealth management experience advising affluent individual investors, families, and concentrated shareholders of public and private businesses. Matt helps lead portfolio allocation, portfolio construction, and risk analytics for the group's individual clients.
Matt attended Merrimack College where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science in 2003. Matt, his wife and two children reside outside of Boston. He spends most of his spare time coaching his children's sports teams which he truly loves doing.
Ken is a Financial Advisor with over 25 years of wealth management experience . He focuses on creating and implementing comprehensive financial plans for business owners, executives, and multi-generational families. Specifically he assists clients with wealth building and/or preservation, cash flow management, and retirement planning to name a few. With an unwavering conviction to lead by example, Ken prides himself on being client centric and always wants to deliver the best possible service.

Ken joined UBS in 2013 and has spent his time in various leadership roles including being an Associate Market Executive, the Operations Manager and Processing Manager for the Greater Boston Market. Prior to UBS, Ken held the position of Senior Business Service Manager with Morgan Stanley in Boston and the South Shore offices overseeing both the Support Staff and Operations. This experience along with Ken’s reputation for hard work, honesty and commitment, added immense value to the Advisors and clients he worked with every day.
Community and Family
As a community person, Ken has volunteered at the Relay for Life, and the Greater Boston Food Bank. He believes that supporting the community is essential to personal and professional development.
He and his wife, Aileen, reside in Cumberland, RI, where they raised their 3 children. With all 3 children in college, he spends his free time playing pickleball, and is an avid Boston Sports Fan.

Lorraine Malanga has been on the service/operational side of private wealth services since 1982. She was the Administrative/Operations Manager for the Boston UBS office for 20 years. Her responsibilities included supervision of 100 support staff and client service employees. In 2007, Lorraine joined Tim Connolly's team to manage service delivery to the team's clients. Her 35 years in the financial industry, combined with her passion for providing personalized service set her apart.
Lorraine lives in Charlestown, MA. She is involved in the adult literacy program with the Boston Public Library.
Tammi Halley is an Investment Associate with extensive experience in the financial services industry, having joined UBS in 1989. She is dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients and their families, taking a personalized and hands-on approach to meet their financial service needs. Tammi's primary goal is to cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their priorities and needs, which helps her build trust and offer valuable insights throughout various stages of their lives to help them achieve their financial goals. She holds series 7 and 63 licenses and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Emmanuel College. Tammi and her husband live in the South Shore and have two children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, volunteering, traveling, and participating in outdoor winter and summer recreational activities.
Maria Aliferis has been delivering outstanding service to her clients for nearly two decades, and has worked with the Connolly Team for over 10 years. Maria is well suited for delivering top results in the global economy, having studied international relations and business at Boston University. She has also continued her education through training programs.
Maria’s ability to anticipate her clients’ financial needs and facilitate them keeps her at the forefront of the market. She is experienced at leveraging operations in order to generate solutions for her clients, and her attention to detail and efficient delivery of service set her apart.
Maria lives in Sudbury, MA with her husband and two sons.
Vinny is one of the newest additions to the CPMR Wealth Management Group. He originally joined UBS in 2017 as a member of the branch’s operations team. Vinny assists clients with financial planning and supporting the daily operations of each member of the team.
Vinny holds the Series 7 and Series 66 Licenses and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Delaware. While attending UD, Vinny was a four-year member of the Men’s Ice Hockey Program, serving as a team captain during his Senior Season.
Vinny is from Boston’s North Shore and currently resides in Boston, MA. Outside of work Vinny loves golfing and continuing to play hockey. Vinny represents UBS every fall in the “Three Keys Cup” at UBS Arena on Long Island, in which financial institutions compete on the ice and in fundraising endeavors. The tournament raises money for the 43 Oak Foundation, which supports under-privileged players in youth and junior hockey.
