Leland is a Partner with The Capitol Group. Leland joined UBS Financial Services, Inc. in August of 2002, as a Financial Advisor. Leland has over 20 years of experience building and nurturing relationships with non-profits, foundations, endowments, and retirement plans. Leland has extensive experience in developing investment policy statements, asset allocation modeling, investment manager due diligence, portfolio analysis, portfolio reporting, risk management, and portfolio construction. His institutional clients include pension plans, foundations, endowments and corporate benefit plans.
Leland is available for trustee education meetings and will work with you to identify strategies to achieve your organization's investment goals. We believe in taking an active role in helping to shape and execute an investment plan, and have a great deal of experience integrating our services with those provided by your other professional relationships.

He specializes in building stronger retirement plans for corporations and nonprofits by offering thoughtful advice on plan design, providing investment due diligence as a co-fiduciary, making sure costs are reasonable, partnering with vendors to deliver service excellence and pinch hitting for one-on-one financial planning session with our plan participants. Leif joined UBS after working for 12 years on the retirement plan provider side of the business as a VP with John Hancock and Transamerica, giving him unique insights that can benefit clients. Leif started his career in financial services in 2002, after working summers for 8 years for his father's landscaping and construction business. These blue collar roots and work ethic help give Leif valuable perspective working with business owners and workers from all walks of life.

Brock is a Partner with The Capitol Group. He joined UBS in 2016 as part of the UBS Wealth Planning Team which focused on High and Ultra-High net worth financial planning for individuals and families. Brock joined TCG in 2018 and works primarily with our private clients to organize, grow and protect their wealth. He specializes in retirement income and cash flow analysis, estate and multigenerational planning, insurance and charitable giving strategies. Additionally, Brock provides education services to our retirement plan clients through seminars and one-on-one meetings with participants.
Brock began his career in financial services at Edward D. Jones & Co., L.P., in 2012, where he worked as a Financial Advisor and Equity Sales Associate. He brings over a decade of experience in relationship management, financial planning and portfolio construction to the team. Mike Whatley joined UBS Financial Services Inc. in 2008. Prior to joining UBS, Mike worked as client service associate for high net worth clients in the private banking channel.
