Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Andy learned about investing as a boy from his grandfather and father. He always wanted to help people manage their money, and to teach — qualities that make him a born financial advisor and leader. Andy mentors and inspires his team by giving them the tools to succeed. Each team member specializes in a specific set of skills backed by the resources of UBS. Clients appreciate that every member of the Zager team really listens, and every call and email is answered before the day’s end. The financial services industry always felt like home to Casey, whose father was a financial advisor and wholesaler for over 30 years. Casey’s love of people, his ability to problem-solve and the fact that each day brings different challenges have made his own 19-year career in finance a perfect fit for him. His experience as a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley and Cardlytics gave him the opportunity to hone his accounting skills and analyze companies from a fundamental and different perspective than investing. At the Zager Wealth Management team at UBS, Casey conducts research, provides sound advice, designs investment strategies and handles trading.
The priceless look in a client’s eyes
When dealing with clients, Casey believes in levelheadedness, loyalty and resilience. He knows that long-lasting, multigenerational client relationships are built over time. That takes knowledge, patience and the experience to craft individualized financial and investment plans that take into account insurance needs as well. Casey also prepares Financial Goal Analysis (FGA) reports, fields investment questions and oversees client relationships. But what makes him happy on any given day, is the look in a client’s eyes when they realize their goals have been achieved.

Marek has always wanted to work in a field where he could serve others. With over 22 years of experience in the financial industry, Marek has been through many market cycles and has shepherded clients to manage and grow their wealth. He is grateful to be part of a team that leverages each member’s knowledge and offers outstanding client service combined with the strength of UBS resources. Marek believes that one of the essential jobs of a financial advisor is to make clients feel heard and understood. That takes great listening skills and empathy. After all, he is helping clients manage their money—one of the most important aspects of their lives.

Marek believes that building wealth is all about helping each client build the life they’ve always wanted. Because each client’s needs and financial goals are unique, the Zager Wealth Management team works to create a customized financial plan for every client. This is followed by regular portfolio review meetings throughout the year, to stay the course or make adjustments that depend on the changing market and the client’s needs. While growing a client’s wealth is a priority, protecting it, is of equal importance. A shared vision with clients and honest communication are key to forging trusting long-term relationships.

Going above and beyond without being asked
As Team Administrator for Zager Wealth Management at UBS, Zoe has a passion for helping clients. Her personal goal is to provide clients with that special “something” they cannot experience anywhere else: exceptional service. This includes facilitating the account opening process, servicing client accounts and implementing investments. Zoe also specializes in handling the team's credit lines, banking products, and alternative investments. Combined with her previous work as a financial advisor at AIG and her bank branch management training give her a deep understanding of the multiple faceted aspects of wealth management.

In Amber’s first career as a physical therapist, she worked with clients with orthopedic and neurological conditions, rehabilitating them from injury and disability to healing so they could function and work in their daily lives. Helping people return to a normal life is an uncommon but ideal preparation for understanding the unique needs of Zager Wealth Management clients. Communicating clearly, advocating for client needs, flexibility, integrity and attention to detail—all come naturally to Amber in her new career as a UBS Registered Client Associate.

Amber is proud to be a member of the Zager Wealth Management team at UBS, whose diversified financial professionals aim to the highest standard: flawless client service. Amber’s role is to help facilitate every aspect of the business; answering and fielding calls, facilitating transactions, working closely with Financial Advisors to complete tasks related to investment decisions and providing resolution to each and every client request. Helping clients from generation to generation
As an integral member of the Zager Wealth Management team, Juanita works closely with clients and their families. Having assisted clients for over 36 years, Juanita brings a wealth of financial experience backed by amazing interpersonal skills. Juanita interacts with clients daily, fielding questions and assisting with operational needs. She handles estates and trust accounts—and even helps some clients gather their taxes. One of Juanita’s most important qualities is that she gets to know each client personally and build trust across generations. On multiple occasions, Juanita has worked with clients, their adult children and eventually, their grandchildren.
Addressing client requests in a timely manner
Juanita values and respects how clients have been able to save and grow their money over the years. She understands family dynamics and the importance of passing wealth from one generation to the next. Her idea of white glove service is defined by addressing all client requests in a timely manner. Juanita tentatively plans to retire in December 2023. She’s had an amazing career and has truly helped a countless number of families who will surely miss her. She is actively training each team member to take over her responsibilities.
