Joel focuses on working with businesses, their key employees, and high net worth families with a personal approach developed over his 15 years of experience. Joel has a penchant for learning and growing as an advisor, as evidenced by the number of delegations earned in his career, including CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Retirement Plan Consultant, and Certified Fund Specialist. In addition, Joel completed the UBS Wealth Advisor program and earned a Master's in Portfolio Construction and Estate Planning from the Institute of Business and Finance. He is FINRA licensed with his Series 7, 31, 63, and 66, as well as state licensed in Life, Health, and Variable Annuities. Joel lives in Jacksonville with his wife and two sons and enjoys volunteering at his local Kiwanis club and Redeemer Anglican church in his spare time.

Bucky specializes in working with corporations, foundations, high net worth and ultra-high net worth families located across the U.S. Bucky has earned the designation of an Accredited Asset Management Specialist from the College for Financial Planning. He is FINRA-registered and holds Series 7 & 66 securities licenses, as well as state licenses for Life Insurance and Variable Annuities. Prior to joining UBS, he was Worldwide Sales Manager for FedEx, where he managed consulting services and customized solutions that helped many U.S. and multinational corporations realize their financial goals. Bucky is involved with various charities in the Southeastern U.S., including Els for Autism, Golfers Against Cancer, Seminole Boosters and is a Member of the Board of Governors of the FSU College of Business.

Vicki has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years, with previous experience at Merrill Lynch for 12 years. She is currently a Senior Registered Client Service Associate and Branch Office Administrator. Vicki is fully licensed with the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, as well as her State of Florida license in Life, Health, and Variable Annuities. She earned her BA degree in Organizational Management from Warner University with a concentration in Finance and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Vicki lives in Lakeland with her husband, Frank. They have two grown daughters and four grandchildren.

Holly has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years, with previous experience at Smith Barney, UBS and Morgan Stanley. She is currently a Client Service Associate. Holly is licensed with the FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. She earned her BA degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan. Holly lives in St. Augustine with her husband, John, and their two sons.
