Your life story guides our planning
On Brad’s office wall is a photo of the double-wide trailer in northern Michigan where he once lived with his parents and his older brother. To feed the family, Brad, his brother, and their father hunted and fished in the Michigan and Ontario wilderness, catching trout, pike and perch. Brad’s father became an award-winning fish taxidermist, enabling him to move his family from a cramped single-wide trailer to the double-wide. At night, everyone sat around the campfire, laughing. Brad considers this childhood a wonderful adventure. It taught him to listen closely to his clients’ life stories in order to uncover their priorities. Today, he strives not only to help his clients pursue their financial goals, but also to align those goals with their core values.
An Iraq War veteran, Brad served 12 years in the United States Air Force, cramming at night to earn an associate’s degree in dental sciences. Upon reading a book on personal finance, however, Brad became fascinated with investing and determined to forge a career in financial services. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business information management and his M.B.A. He also traveled the world, exploring diverse cultures.

Outside of UBS
Brad, his wife, Chrissy, and their two children, Madison and Luc, love to entertain at their home in Spokane at the foot of the mountains. The family enjoys visiting Brad’s parents at the peaceful Michigan lake house he bought them early in his financial services career. “We still sit around the campfire together and laugh about the old days,” Brad says, “telling the best stories you’d ever hear.”
