Jon’s career in wealth management dates back to 1987 when he was recruited on campus to join an intensive two year training program at Drexel Burnham Lambert. Jon found the program to be extremely rewarding, learning from traders on various bond desks, employing options strategies, and developing techniques for portfolio construction. Upon completion of his training with Drexel Jon spent the next chapter of his career honing his craft with Smith Barney before eventually moving to Paine Webber in 1998, which was subsequently purchased by UBS in 2002.
It was at UBS where Jon truly found a home. Even as a younger advisor he recognized that many investors gravitated toward more conservative strategies, and Jon developed an enhanced income program that resonated with baby boomers and retirees alike. His reputation at UBS spread and senior advisors began to approach Jon for consultation on their personal retirement plans and to assist with many of their own trusted relationships. Jon ascended in the ranks at UBS, became a Chairman’s Council member in 2008, and in 2012 was named Managing Director, a title reserved for an elite group of advisors across the country.
Jon received his B.A. in Finance from Boston University. When not working, he enjoys golf, tennis, music, and traveling with his wife Susie.

Matt is a Managing Director and Financial Advisor with over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. He started his career as a bond sales trader for Cantor Fitzgerald before joining Morgan Stanley in 1999 as a Financial Advisor. Matt has gained a wide perspective of the industry landscape having worked at Oppenheimer and JP Morgan before joining UBS.
Matt takes a holistic approach to wealth management, focusing on understanding the unique needs and aspirations of each client. He specializes in crafting comprehensive estate and retirement plans tailored to preserve wealth, minimize taxes, and ensure a lasting legacy for future generations.
With his knowledge of estate planning strategies, including trust and succession planning, Matt helps clients navigate complex wealth transfer issues with confidence and ease. He works closely with legal and tax professionals to develop customized solutions that align with clients' long-term goals and values.
Matt’s expertise in retirement planning helps clients envision and achieve their ideal retirement lifestyles. He provides strategic guidance on investment strategies, income planning, college planning, and risk management, empowering clients to retire with confidence and peace of mind.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Matt is an avid skier, golfer, and tennis player. He is a newly inducted member of Missouri Sports Hall of Fame having won the Missouri State Tennis Doubles (1990) as well as three state team titles. He is also engaged in various philanthropic endeavors in the arts and his local Temple. Outside of the office, you can find Matt at the Watermill Beach Club, Aspatuck Tennis Club in Westhampton and the CityView tennis club in NYC; and when in Kansas City, at Oakwood Country Club.
He and his wife Claudia, an endodontist, live in New York City and Southampton and have two boys ages 21 and 17.

Jeyran is a Senior Vice President and Financial Advisor working with high-net worth individuals, families and private foundations with their investment strategies. A seasoned financial advisor with extensive training, Jeyran helps clients achieve their financial goals and build sustainable wealth. Jeyran’s career in wealth management began at Bernstein Wealth Management where she initially learned how to leverage investment research, management and financial planning tools to support each client’s unique needs and objectives.
Today at UBS, Jeyran has access to the world’s most extensive investment platform with cutting edge research, innovative investment solutions and a global network of experts to support her clients.
With a focus on long-term relationships, Jeyran takes the time to understand clients priorities, risk tolerance and aspirations. She further works very closely with her clients and their professional advisors to help define, plan for and implement an investment strategy that is designed to meet their financial goals and objectives. Jeyran leverages planning tools and stress tests various investment strategies to help empower her clients to make educated decisions.

Scott’s career in wealth management began at Credit Suisse in 2006. In 2009 during the depths of the financial crisis, Scott joined J.P. Morgan where he spent more than 12 years. In 2021, Scott and his team joined UBS and currently serves as a Vice President and Financial Advisor, supporting high-net-worth individuals and their families in achieving their investment goals. With more than 15 years of experience, he demonstrates a strong dedication to understanding clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
As a Portfolio Manager, Scott specializes in creating personalized investment strategies that match clients' goals and optimize portfolio performance. He combines thorough analysis with a forward-thinking approach to identify opportunities and minimize risks in changing market conditions.
Drawing on his expertise in asset allocation, diversification, and investment research, Scott constructs well-balanced portfolios aimed at delivering consistent returns while managing volatility. He stays proactive in monitoring market trends and adjusting strategies to adapt to economic changes.
In addition to his portfolio management skills, Scott is known for his ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly. He takes the time to educate clients about their investment options, empowering them to make informed decisions and stay involved in the process.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as playing golf. He is also committed to giving back to the community through mentoring and supporting financial literacy initiatives.

Investment Associate
Matt has a passion for exploring innovative investment opportunities and is responsible for trading of securities, providing market analysis and in-depth research of the capital markets. Drawing on his experience in analyzing alternative asset classes such as private equity, hedge funds, real estate and digital currencies, Matt assists clients in diversifying their portfolios through a combination of product expertise, market research and problem-solving skills.
Matt takes a collaborative approach and works closely with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and preferences. He prides himself on his ability to demystify complex investment concepts and empower clients to make well- informed decisions that align with their financial objectives. With a forward-thinking mindset, Matt helps clients explore new opportunities and achieve their investment goals in an ever-evolving market landscape.
Matt earned his BA in Computational Mathematics and his Masters in Business Administration from Fordham University. He resides in Ridgewood, NY with his wife, Nora, and two sons, Adam and Jason.

Giancarlo is a Senior Client Service Associate with a comprehensive understanding of risk, prioritization, sense of urgency while delivering a positive client experience. He plays an integral role in all aspects of the business and ensures that client’s interests and needs are serviced. With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry – the last 19 years here at UBS, Giancarlo consistently and effectively navigates and leverages the vast resources available at UBS on behalf of clients. He seamlessly works across teams and the UBS platform to deliver results while also challenging what does not make sense in a thoughtful, logical manner. With Giancarlo, clients can rest assured that they are in capable hands, receiving attentive service, personalized guidance, and unwavering support every step of the way.
Giancarlo is from Brooklyn, NY but now resides in Scotch Plains, NJ with his wife, Jaime, and their son Jake. Outside of work, you can find Giancarlo on the sidelines of the soccer field coaching his son’s team.
