John, a 30 year veteran of the financial services industry, started his career with Morgan Stanley in 1995. In 2001, he moved his practice to UBS Wealth Management where he holds two UBS firm designations Senior Portfolio Manager and Wealth Advisor. In 2009, he founded WTC Investment Group and what began as a three person investment team in Houston has doubled in size and operates three offices in Texas (Houston, Fort Worth and Plano).
John completed his bachelor’s degree in Business from TCU in 1990 and received a Master’s degree from Baylor in 1994. During John’s college years, he played and coached college football. John served on TCU’s National Alumni board as an officer from 1996 to 2001.
John and his wife Christy live near TCU in Fort Worth and are members of Arborlawn United Methodist Church and Colonial Country Club. Christy is a member of the Fort Worth Women’s Club and works as a District 3 Director for the City of Fort Worth.
