John, a 30 year veteran of the financial services industry, started his career with Morgan Stanley in 1995.  In 2001, he moved his practice to UBS Wealth Management where he holds two UBS firm designations Senior Portfolio Manager and Wealth Advisor. In 2009, he founded WTC Investment Group and what began as a three person investment team in Houston has doubled in size and operates three offices in Texas (Houston, Fort Worth and Plano).

John completed his bachelor’s degree in Business from TCU in 1990 and received a Master’s degree from Baylor in 1994. During John’s college years, he played and coached college football.  John served on TCU’s National Alumni board as an officer from 1996 to 2001.

John and his wife Christy live near TCU in Fort Worth and are members of Arborlawn United Methodist Church and Colonial Country Club.  Christy is a member of the Fort Worth Women’s Club and works as a District 3 Director for the City of Fort Worth.

Patrick leads our Dallas based investment team and has over 30 years in the investment industry.  He earned a Bachelor of Science in International Trade and Finance from Louisiana State University.  A veteran of Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm, Patrick served 8 years in the US Naval Reserve.  Patrick was a market maker on the trading floor of the Chicago Board Options Exchange and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange from 1993 until 1995.  Patrick joined UBS in 2000 and holds the UBS Senior Portfolio Manager and Wealth Advisor designations.

He is a past president of the DFW LSU Alumni Association. Patrick has served in numerous capacities supporting LSU, including the Houston PetroTigers and LSU Foundation Planned Giving Advisory Council. Patrick currently serves on the EJ Ourso College of Business Dean's Advisory Council and was named to The LSU Foundation National Board in 2024. Patrick passionately supports AIESEC Life where he served on the National Board of Directors from 2015 to 2023. Patrick shares homes in Plano, Texas and Tampa, Florida with his Fiancée', Raquel, who is a Senior Business Analyst - US IT with PwC. A father of two children, his daughter, Santana, is a flight attendant with American Eagle. His son, Sultan, is currently studying at Texas State University.

Hunter leads our Houston based wealth management team and has more than 12 years of experience in the industry.  He began his career in the financial services industry in New York City, and in 2014 was recruited to UBS Financial Services Inc. which allowed him to move back to Texas.  He currently holds his Series 7, 63 and 66 licenses, insurance licenses, and is also a Certified Exit Planning Advisor. 

Hunter is focused on wealth management, small business exit planning, alternative investments, and leads WTC's business development strategies. Hunter was raised in Palestine, Texas and now resides in the Energy Corridor area of Houston with his wife Meghan and daughters, Scarlett and Savannah.  In his spare time he enjoys fishing, hunting and playing golf.

Jennifer has nearly 30 years of experience in the financial industry. She joined UBS in 2014 and partnered with the WTC Investment Group in 2023. Jennifer leads our team’s efforts in providing insurance solutions, which includes estate, retirement, and long-term care planning. As a wealth transfer specialist, Jennifer advises clients on strategies designed to create and preserve generational wealth.

Jennifer grew up in Stephenville, Texas and as a young woman studied Ballet under the renowned Suzanne Farrell of the Fort Worth School of Ballet.  Jennifer became a professional ballerina for Ballet Concerto, performing in many major productions.  Her early Ballet career shaped her work ethic and attention to detail over her decades-long financial career.  Jennifer lives in Fort Worth and has 2 adult children – Gracie, age 21, who works as a graphic designer in Fort Worth and Garrett, age 19, who attends Louisiana State University.

Cathy is a native Texan and proud military brat with over 30 years in the financial services industry.  She has held a variety of roles, including branch administrator, municipal bond trading support, and stock option coordinator during her career.  Cathy joined UBS in 2011 as a Senior Registered Client Associate and has worked with every type of investor, from Fortune 500 CEOs to business owners and retirees. Cathy seeks to build rapport with clients and assist them in everyday matters, as well as major life events.  She focuses on providing exceptional client service with integrity and clear communication. She and her recently retired husband Steve share four adult children and one perfect granddaughter. They enjoy entertaining and spending time with family and friends.  Steve loves to cook and barbecue and together they enjoy travel, reading, and supporting their favorite non-profits. She holds her Series 7, Series 63, Series 66 and SEI licenses.

Theresa's son formerly served as an officer in the United States Air Force and is thrilled to have him back in Texas where he continues to grow in his civilian professional career.

Linda has worked in financial services industry since 1987, providing administrative support for client accounts and trading services. She has been with UBS since 2007 and holds series 7, 63 and 66 securities licenses. She has extensive experience in the financial industry and prides herself on facilitating the highest level of client service. Linda works hard on behalf of our clients and is attuned to listening to and resolving their concerns and needs. Linda earned her degree from Pasadena City College in California. She is happily married with a 9 year-old daughter, Emma Jane, and a 11 year old black lab/pit mix named Roscoe.
