Heather brings over 17 years of experience guiding high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and institutions toward achieving their financial goals. She began her career with UBS in 2008 as the firm’s Central Florida financial planning specialist, delivering sophisticated, customized strategies to clients across six offices. By 2010, she joined the team, where she took the helm of the team’s comprehensive planning process.
Heather's credentials as a Certified Financial Planner® and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist™ enable her to provide holistic advice that spans financial planning, investments, insurance, charitable giving, and retirement strategies. She is lauded for her ability to design highly structured, goal-focused plans that incorporate customized portfolios and meticulous fund allocation analysis. Additionally, Heather's extensive work with retirement plan sponsors and participants showcases her expertise in enhancing both plan design and participant outcomes.
Heather's commitment extends beyond her professional endeavors. She is a proud graduate of the University of Miami with a B.B.A. in Finance and an active member of various professional and community organizations such as Florida Executive Women, 100 Women Strong, and the Central Florida Estate Planning Council. Her current and past leadership roles include serving as a board member of the Girl Scouts of Citrus Council, a sustaining member of the Junior League of Greater Orlando and participating in Leadership Winter Park Class XXVI and Lifework Leadership.
When she's not immersed in her work, Heather dedicates her time to philanthropy, running, and traveling. She resides in Oviedo with her husband and their two sons.

Brian entered the financial services industry in 1999 and has built a career spanning wealth management, leadership, and investment strategy. Over more than two decades, he has held a variety of roles; as a Wealth Management Advisor, Branch Manager and Complex Sales Manager. This has given him a broad perspective, deep insights, and valuable connections across the industry.
As a Senior Vice President and Director of Wealth Management at UBS, Brian works closely with a select number of successful families, business owners, and executives. He provides a highly customized approach to financial planning that integrates investment management, estate and legacy planning, and tax-efficient strategies. Brian’s ability to advise wealth creators, their children, and grandchildren, always adapting to each generation’s distinct needs and priorities, gives families confidence in his enduring commitment to their long-term success.
Earlier in his career, Brian was involved in the investment banking process for a local banking software firm, gaining firsthand experience with corporate transitions including IPOs, public-to-private conversions, and private equity acquisitions. This foundation has given him a deep understanding of liquidity events and strategic financial planning for business owners and entrepreneurs.
When constructing portfolios, Brian draws on extensive experience in alternative investments, concentrated equity management, risk and volatility strategies, and succession planning. His technical expertise, coupled with strong industry relationships, enables him to bring sophisticated, practical solutions to both clients and colleagues.
Raised in Orlando, Brian earned his Bachelor of Science from the Ginn College of Engineering from Auburn University and an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University while serving as an officer in the U.S. Army’s 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment. His military experience, balancing long-term strategy with immediate decision-making, continues to influence his disciplined approach to wealth management.
A Certified Financial Planner™, Brian provides clients with written, comprehensive financial plans designed to support every stage of life. He is actively involved various community initiatives, particularly focusing on education and veteran support.
Brian and his wife, Katie, live in Lake Mary, Florida. Their two children are students at the University of Florida.

Mitch has been a Financial Advisor since 1983. He obtained his Certified Financial Planner™(CFP®) designation in 1987 and earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation through the Wharton School of Business in 2005. In 2007, Mitch obtained the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®) designation, which provides the expertise needed to implement, evaluate and monitor corporate retirement plans. In 2010, Mitch completed coursework to receive his Portfolio Manager title through UBS’s Portfolio Management Program.
Mitch works with individual and institutional accounts by providing consulting and investment advice. His commitment to this ever-changing industry leads him to complete advanced coursework each year above what is required to maintain his designations. He especially enjoys the opportunity to work with private clients and their families over many years.
Mitch grew up in Perry, Florida, and attended the University of Florida, graduating with a B.S. in Chemistry. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Rhonda, for 42 years. They have been blessed with three children, now married, and seven grandchildren.

Jim's career began in 1980 and he has just entered his 40th year as a Registered Investment Advisor. He is currently a Senior Vice President- Wealth Management in our Winter Park office.
Jim has worked with two of his new partners Mitch Schrenk and Ed LeMasters off and on again since he first met Mitch in 1983. He became the youngest managing branch manager for privately held Drexel Burnham Lambert in 1985, and successfully recruited Mitch and Ed to work there in the 1980s.
Jim has been actively managing both equity, fixed income and alternative investments for clients in the accumulation phase, retirement income, and wealth transfer phases of their lives. He believes deeply that investing is a process not an event. As a keen observer and follower of The Federal Reserve Monetary Policy, he helps our clients manage their assets through rising and falling interest rate environments.
Jim was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He later attended Florida State University and was a Member of the National Board of Directors for Seminole Boosters for 6 years. He and his wife Martha reside in Orlando and together have five grown children, three married, and eight grandchildren. Traveling, racquetball, and family time are how they spend their leisure time.

Maggie joined UBS in 2005 and has over 25 years of industry experience. She has a FINRA Series 7 securities license. Maggie provides administrative support to the Branch Manager and Management Team. Assist clients with accounts services, capabilities, preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings.
Maggie and her husband Robert have been married for 27 years, they have a daughter and two dogs. She enjoys gardening, flea markets and DIY projects.

Stephanie brings a robust foundation in client service and operations, honed over 15 years of industry experience. Originally hailing from Long Island, New York, she is an alumna of Elon University and made the sunny move to Florida to dive into her career in wealth management.
Stephanie is a exceptional partner when it comes to supporting both clients and advisors, especially in navigating the intricate world of operational and service needs. You will see her in action frequently, as she will be our go-to for scheduling, coordinating money movements, and addressing any questions that come her way. Her gift for building meaningful relationships and her warm, reliable presence make her a perfect match for our team.

Outside the office, Stephanie enjoys quality time with her husband and their beautiful twin daughters. She is actively involved in her church community and has a passion for documentary series.
