Salma Zahr is a Financial Advisor on World Way Wealth Management Group, a team name attributed to LAX airport that speaks to the global diversity of our 11-person team fluent in 10 languages and manages ~2+ billion in assets focused on advising high net worth individuals, founders, start-ups, and corporate executives. Previously, Salma served as the Market Director for 4 years where she was responsible for $7.2 billion assets under management in the UBS Wealth Management presences in Pasadena and DTLA. Prior to moving to LA, Salma was the Senior Portfolio Strategist for UBS San Francisco Private Wealth Management, where she collaborated with advisors on customized portfolio construction leveraging the global family offices resources of the firm. Salma brings to the firm 20 years of investment, strategy and sales experience in financial services at UBS, McKinsey & Co, Goldman Sachs, and Credit Suisse.
Salma began her career at UBS as an Analyst in the Graduate Training Program, rotating through multiple business units. She then pursued her MBA in Finance at The Wharton School and completed a Private Wealth Associate internship at Goldman Sachs. Recruited abroad as a strategy management consultant for McKinsey & Company, Salma advised C-level executives in the financial industry on developing value proposition strategies for private client product development. Salma returned to the wealth management at Credit Suisse as UHNW Investment Strategist linking synergies between Dubai and Zurich.
Salma holds the Series 7, 66, 9 and 10 registrations. Salma lives with her 8-year old daughter in Pasadena. When not busy between with daughter’s horseback riding, piano, soccer or dance, Salma enjoys playing volleyball, international cuisine, coaching AYSO soccer and real estate development.
Bhadresh Shah is Private Wealth Advisor and Senior Portfolio Manager within the UBS Private Wealth Management Group. He has more than 30 years of financial services experience and continues to help a select group of clients. His professional practice can be summed up as "Organize, Manage and Grow wealth for clients”.
Bhadresh has dedicated focus on needs of entrepreneurs, business owners, corporate executives and their families. He has particular depth of experience with strategic wealth management, portfolio management and concentrated stock management.
Passionate about giving back to the community, Bhadresh is actively involved with the nonprofit organization MagicBus, which is dedicated to help India’s poorest communities taking on the journey of children and young people from childhood to livelihood. Bhadresh lives in California with his wife. Their adult children reside on the east coast and are pursuing their own journeys.
Cameron Azad is a financial advisor within the UBS Wealth Management Group. He has more than 40 years of financial services experience and helps a select group of families and wealthy individuals manage all aspects of their finances: from equity and fixed income investments, to alternative, private, and tax-related investments.
Cameron was part of a select group of individuals within UBS serving as a Prime Broker, with extensive experience in institutional sales and trading. As part of his duties, he serviced public and private pension funds, hedge funds, and other institutional investors, along with individual clients. Cameron is a FINRA-Registered General Securities Representative and also holds national futures, commodities, life insurance, and variable annuity licenses. Cameron gives back to his profession through his continuing service as a National Futures Association Arbitrator. As an arbitrator, he’s a part of a three-member panel, hearing and adjudicating financial disputes between clients and member firms. He feels this also gives him deeper insight into client needs.
Outside of financial services, Cameron is an avid and well-known underwater and terrestrial nature photographer, having won and placed in national and international photography contests. His photographs have hung in national museums, and have graced the covers and pages of nature magazines. He travels extensively to remote locations in search of new and interesting subjects. His wife is retired partner of a large international law firm, and their adult children are enmeshed in their own successful professions in the San Francisco Bay area.
Evans Lam began his wealth advisory and portfolio management career in 1991, and over the past three decades, has successfully helped clients manage their wealth throughout challenging market cycles. Evans joined UBS in 2008 from Citibank/Smith Barney after 17 years of consultative practice. He provides his clients, primarily UHNW executives and business owners, with investment, retirement, estate and legacy planning services. As a Senior Portfolio Manager, Evans sets himself apart from others in asset management by building and actively managing customized portfolios, capitalizing on his investment banking experience at Deutsche Bank, Toronto Dominion Bank, and First Boston.
As a scholarship recipient and a philanthropist, Evans' passion for education inspired him to endow multiple scholarships and a professorship at the University of Rochester. He is also instrumental in the revitalization of the UR Libraries and establishing the Eastman Performing Arts Medicine. Evans serves as a member of the University of Rochester's Board of Trustees and Chairman of the George Eastman Circle. He is also Chairman of the Southern California Foundation for the Preservation of Chinese Literature and History, Vice President of the Hong Kong School Alumni Federation Scholarship Foundation and Vice Chairman of the Morning Light Foundation. He was honored by the Chinese American Museum as a Historymaker with the Judge Ronald S.W. Lew Visionary Award in 2016.

Previously, Debbie spent 11 years with HSBC and served as the Senior Relationship Manager for both West Coast Global Private Banking U.S. International/ Asia Corridor. In this role, Debbie provided full-service banking, lending, investment management, wealth strategies and solutions to ultra-high net worth individuals. Debbie was selected as top talent at HSBC and took part in the International RM Program in Dubai in 2014. She then transitioned from the Commercial Banking Division to Global Private Banking in 2016 based at the Beverly Hills office.
