Dave began his career decades ago in a mall, manning a Dean Witter Reynolds booth at a local Sears store next to the vacuum cleaners and the snack bar. He, and this industry have come a long way, but he still can’t get the smell of day old popcorn and two day old broiled hot dogs out of his memory.

Serving as the relationship manager for many of the multigenerational families their team serves, Dave strives to build meaningful connections by delivering advice that addresses each client’s specific goals and aspirations in a very real way. He firmly believes that a good financial advisor has the ability to help each family discover their common purpose while exercising their individual passions; from sustainable and impact investing to philanthropic planning across generations. Now that they are empty nesters, Michelle is thrilled he continues to coach hockey and stays involved in the non-profits they continue to serve and support!

• Peter and his wife, Karen, have three children, Patrick, Elizabeth and Meredith.

• He is a past president of Miami University Alumni Association, Minnesota.
• Pete has a goal to read a biography of all 45 US Presidents in chronological order. He is currently on #26, Theodore Roosevelt.  

Drawn to the complexity of financial services, Andrew joined the industry at the end of his Navy career in 2009, entering in the midst of the economic crisis. Witnessing firsthand the severity of the crisis and the subsequent loss of trust many clients experienced with the financial markets, he knew that his leadership skills and his experience making decisions in stressful environments could make a real impact in their lives. His clients include highly accomplished business owners, executives and entrepreneurs, as well as multigenerational families.

Today, Andy is just as determined to offer steady guidance and to be the first call for families as they balance their goals, life and wealth. He leads Advanced Planning for the team’s largest and most complex clients, helping to simplify matters concerning trust and estate planning, business succession, tax strategies and philanthropy. He takes pride in the implicit trust and confidence he has gained among his clients by combining thoughtful, customized solutions, highly responsive service and efficient execution.

Life 

• Andy and his wife, Amy, have three children, Aiden, Henry and Charlotte.
• He is a member of the UBS Veterans Group.
• He is a proud supporter of the Fisher House Foundation, providing housing to veterans and their families while a loved one is in the hospital.
• Andy enjoys running, physical fitness activities and other pastimes including golf, hiking and mountaineering.
• He is an avid backpacker with favorite locales including the John Muir Trail, Yosemite, Sequoia and the Grand Tetons.

Eric serves several important roles on the team. In an effort to provide comprehensive financial "Advice Beyond Investing", Eric is the team lead for securities backed lending, mortgages, insurance, and other special projects. 

Since completing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, Eric has taken a leadership role in portfolio management, monitoring, and trading, of our discretionary UBS Portfolio Management Program (PMP) Portfolios.

• After college Eric spent several years building a strong understanding of the business while working for US Bank Investments.

• Eric and his wife Amanda live in Eagan with their young daughter Riley, and dog Nellie. 

Cindy's transition into the Wealth Management industry was lead by her genuine interest in personal finance and her professional history of building long-term relationships. Cindy's real world experience and history of providing an excellent client experience made her a perfect fit for Wealth Management Partners. Cindy's primary role on the team is focused on financial planning and client service.

• After a successful twenty year career is sales, Cindy followed her passion for personal finance with Wealth Management Partners at UBS.

Life 

• Cindy and her husband Bruce have twin teenage daughters and live in Edina, MN

• The Johnson family are outdoor enthusiasts who embrace all of the Minnesota seasons with their love of skiing, running, and biking. 

• Cindy also enjoys music, travel, and time spent with friends. 

As the Client Service Associate with the longest tenure, clients have learned when something needs to get done, they call Aleks first. Aleks serves as the logistics expert for the team and helps clients with daily service issues. Aleks enjoys her role because she gets an opportunity to get to create strong personal relationships with clients and their families.

• Born and raised in Kotor, Montenegro, Aleks arrived in Minnesota as a high school exchange student and decided to make the Twin Cities her home.  

• Aleks enjoys group fitness classes and is constantly challenging herself with the newest fitness craze. She enjoys experimenting with new baking and cooking recipes. 

• Aleks and her husband Matt have three boys and live in Woodbury, MN.

Nicole brings a strong history of experience in investments and legal administration to her role as Relationship Manager. She enjoys her daily contact with clients and the ability to get to know each client on a personal level. Nicole has a strong interest in financial education and leads the team's Next Generation Education Program and works to help plan and facilitate family meetings.

Life

• Born and raised in Sauk Rapids, MN

Maria started working for UBS as a Branch Office Administrator but quickly realized her love for the finance world and working with clients. She then transitioned to the team as a Client Service Associate and strives to make every client interaction a great one. Maria is a graduate of Ave Maria University in Southwest Florida where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing with a Minor in Accounting.

Life

• Maria and her daughter, Everleigh, live in Minnetonka, MN.
• Outside of the office you can find her cooking new recipes for her friends and family, spending time outside, or reading the latest novel.

Maggie comes to Wealth Management Partners as our team's newest Client Service Associate. Prior to working at UBS, Maggie was a small business owner in the Twin Cities, and brings along her entrepreneurial mindset and love for building relationships with clients. Maggie is a graduate of Texas Christian University and began her professional life in Texas before returning to her native Minnesota.
