As an asset manager with over 30 years of experience, John Pavlinec focuses on risk management and overall portfolio construction which includes equites, fixed income, options and complex hedging strategies.
Working with high net worth clients, John utilizes investment policy concepts/guidelines in establishing bandwidths within each asset classification to structure investments to maximize client returns while minimizing risks.
In implementing this portfolio investment approach, John relies on index driven models to specifically reduce costs and the risks of actively managed products.
He maintains the following securities licenses, as well as life and health insurances licenses:
Series 3 (National Commodity Futures Examination);
Series 7 (General Securities Representative Examination);
Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination ) and
Series 65 (Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination).
John is active in mentoring armed forces veterans as they transition to the civilian workplace. He has actively participated in a number of local community organizations, in addition to currently being a member of the Mariner's Cay, SC HOA Board of Directors

Karl began his financial services career in 1983. Over the 35 years that have followed, he has been instrumental in hiring and developing some of the finest Financial Advisors in the industry and guiding them in a singular mission: to do their best in helping their clients meet their financial goals.
Today, Karl's adeptness at identifying and implementing client solutions, has lead to the growth of a select clientele of high net-worth individuals, corporations and various endowments that he has advised over the life of his career.
Karl holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University and maintains the Series 3, 5, 7, 8, 15, 63 and 65 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and accident insurances licenses.

Mark Forman combines 20 years as a tax attorney with over 20 years as a Financial Advisor/investment associate in a career spanning more than 40 years. As the first point of contact for our clients, he applies his years of business acumen in managing all client relationships and ensures the smooth operation of our client service model. As a Wealth Strategist he develops, implements and delivers the financial planning process
Amanda joined the Principled Wealth Management team at the UBS Mt. Pleasant office as a Client Service Associate in May of 2022 after 8 years at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in Columbia, SC. She was born and raised in Myrtle Beach, SC and graduated from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business in 2014 with a degree in International Business and Accounting. Amanda assists with all client service items and plays an integral role related to that aspect of the group’s work. In her free time she loves to watch sports, spend the day on the boat or at the beach, and read a good historical fiction novel. She lives in Park Circle with her significant other Brandon and their golden retriever Ruby.
