John Pavlinec is a Senior Vice President of Wealth Management at the UBS Mt. Pleasant Branch in South Carolina. As an asset manager with more than 35 years of experience, John Pavlinec specializes in meticulous risk management and comprehensive portfolio construction encompassing equities, fixed income, options, and hedging strategies.

His work with clients is distinguished by a commitment to applying strategic investment policy concepts and guidelines to establish clear objectives within each clients asset class. This disciplined approach results in structured investments aimed at optimizing returns while mitigating risks.

Central to John’s portfolio investment strategy is the use of index-driven models, expertly designed to reduce costs and minimize the risks associated with actively managed products in order to produce a balanced risk and reward ratio for clients.

John dedicates himself to mentoring armed forces as they transition to the civilian workplace. His involvement extends to numerous local community service organizations, alongside his current role as a member of the Mariner’s Cay Racquet and Yacht Club, SC HOA Board of Directors.

Mark Forman combines 20 years as a tax attorney with over 25 years as a Financial Advisor/investment Associate in a career spanning more than 45 years. He applies his years of business acumen to help manage our client relationships. As a Wealth Strategy Associate he develops, implements, and delivers the financial planning process.

As a Registered Client Associate, Stephanie is the teams designated client relationship manager and serves as the direct point of contact for any requests or concerns. She sees that all requests are assigned to the appropriate team member, helps to ensure it is completed in a timely manner, and communicates back to the client when the task is finalized.

 In January 2019, Stephanie began her working career with UBS as an intern for a team in Greenville, SC. Shortly after receiving her degree in Business Administration from Bob Jones University in May 2019, she joined the UBS Greenville, SC team as a full-time team member. During her time with the Greenville team, she learned the role of a Client Associate, gained experience working with ultra-high net worth clients, and acquired the SIE, Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 securities licenses. After six wonderful years with the Greenville team, Stephanie made the decision to move to Mount Pleasant, SC. She joined the Principled Wealth Management team in February 2025.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys exploring her new home city, playing pickleball, and spending time with her family and friends.

George William Jilich has been with UBS since October 2022, and a member of the Principled Wealth Management Group since 2023. He has spent 5 years in the finance industry with his previous experience being in banking. George William was born and raised in Charleston and completed his undergraduate work at the College of Charleston in Computer Information Systems. During his free time, he enjoys reading and relaxing on his porch.
