Will believes that good advice comes from a commitment to life-long learning. To that end, Will engages clients in an ongoing discovery process that identifies goals, incorporates values, and solves for specific needs. Will embraces a model of integrated wealth management, navigating the complexities of personal finance—including investments, estate planning, taxes, cash flow generation, insurance, and more—to create comprehensive financial advisory solutions. He has established himself as a specialist in concentrated equity management, business succession planning in a wealth management context, and multi-generational counseling.
Will joined UBS in 2007 after his research publication assessing the economic and ethical aspects of U.S. healthcare delivery.
Will graduated from the University of California – San Diego, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a minor in Biology. He then went on to graduate from The London School of Economics, where he received his Master of Science in Philosophy and Public Policy. Will grew up in San Diego, California and currently resides in Oakland, California.
Lisa is primarily responsible for managing the daily investment operations of the practice. Her responsibilities incorporate strategy implementation, rebalancing, account maintenance and oversight. She is the main point of contact for banking services, syndicate, and insurance. She enjoys using the firms resources to help clients navigate their financial goals.
Lisa began her investment services career in 1989 at Alex. Brown & Sons as an Institutional Equity Sales Trader. With the desire to help individuals achieve their investment aspirations, she transitioned to Private Wealth Management in 1999 at Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown and later J.P. Morgan Securities, before finding her home at UBS in 2016.
Lisa graduated from San Francisco State University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. She holds the Series, 7, 24, 63, and 66 securities registrations.
Kathryn works with Will in all aspects of our clients' financial planning needs, specializing in cash management, alternative investments, and proactive planning. She guides clients through the onboarding process, initiates and monitors account transfers, and helps maintain communication between the clients and Will. Kathryn also drives the marketing initiative, including client report creation, prospect presentations, and marketing materials. She is also the Co-Chair of the All Bar None (ABN) San Francisco Chapter. Through its thought leadership events ABN promotes the professional advancement of women at the firm and is the firm's largest employee network.
Prior to joining UBS Private Wealth Management in San Francisco in 2016, Kathryn worked as the Branch Office Administrator in the Boston UBS office for two years. She currently holds the Series 7 and 66 securities registrations.
Kathryn graduated with honors from Syracuse University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. She grew up in Manchester, New Hampshire and currently resides in Oakland, California.
