Luke L. Wiley, Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), is a Managing Director of Wealth Management and Senior Portfolio Manager with UBS. He is one of a select group to earn the most senior title of Managing Director - Wealth Management. He has been recognized by Reuters in 2008 as a top advisor in the region, in 2013 was featured in Cincy Magazine's Power 100 issue "Ask the Experts", was recognized by UBS senior leadership in 2016 as "One of our Top Advisors", served a full term as a board member for Catholic Charities of Southwestern Ohio, as well as served a full term as a board member for "4C for Kids", and is a bestselling author of The 52-Week Low Formula. His book has been translated into Japanese.
He began his career in the wealth management industry in 1997 after graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a triple major in Finance, Accounting, and Real Estate. He attended UC on a soccer scholarship and served as a team captain his senior year.
Luke and his wife Melissa live in Mason with their four children, and are active with their church and children's school activities.

Zach is co-leader of the Wiley Wealth Management team. He is focused on pursuing clients' long-term expectations while minimizing risk, preserving capital, and protecting wealth during periods of market volatility. He joined UBS in January 2009 after eight years at Merrill Lynch as a Senior Financial Advisor. Zach achieved his Certified Portfolio Management designation from Columbia University in New York and is responsible for selecting, creating, and monitoring the specific investments of the team's equity portfolio. Zach is a graduate of Wright State University, has been featured in Cincy Magazine's Power 100 issue "Ask the Experts".
Zach lives in Mason with his wife Karen and has three daughters. He is the grandfather of two and enjoys spending as much time as he can with his family.
Zach’s passion is in philanthropy and actively seeks opportunities to help those in need. On weekends you will find him out with his girls hiking, fishing or doing whatever they want to do because he knows time goes by fast and the memories they create are priceless.

Nick grew up in Cincinnati, moving back here after obtaining a bachelor's degree in finance from Miami University's Farmer School of Business. He was highly involved during his time in school as president of his fraternity, multiple leadership organizations including another role as president for the inter-fraternity council, and as a limited partner in Miami's investment club. He continued his involvement during his professional career, having served as treasurer of his fraternity's housing corporation & alumni board, spending a few years as an active member for the American Heart Association, and was asked to speak at The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business for their annual Integrate Conference.
His interests include cycling, traveling, reading and continuing to learn, and, being the oldest of three siblings, spending time with his family.
Nick, his wife Caroline, their son George, and their two dogs Bo and Brody live on the east side of Cincinnati in the Columbia Tusculum neighborhood.

Drew grew up in Cincinnati and attended Johnson & Wales University (JWU) located in Providence, Rhode Island and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification. At JWU, Drew was a student-athlete earning a degree in Finance and served as captain of the men's varsity ice hockey team. In addition to graduating Summa Cum Laude from JWU in less than three years, he served as president of the JWU Finance & Investment Club and was awarded Male Scholar Athlete of the Year.
Drew is an active member in the community serving as Head Coach for the Xavier University Men's Club Ice Hockey Team and is involved in the Cincinnati Swords youth hockey program. He is a member of the Marianist Society at Archbishop Moeller High School. His interests include all types of physical activity, golf, travel, and strengthening his faith. Drew, his wife, Laura, and their daughter, Josie, live in the East Walnut Hills neighborhood in Cincinnati.

Baily received her bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology from Northern Kentucky University. There, she was involved with various campus activities; most notably holding the vice president position of her sorority. After graduation, Baily worked in Cardiac Rehabilitation at The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati. Upon deciding to advance her education and career, she went on to obtain her MBA from Thomas More College in Crestview Hills, Kentucky. Baily is a lifelong Northern Kentucky resident, currently living in Edgewood, Kentucky with her husband Eric, and their two girls Sloane and Lola. Her interests include pottery, Pilates, traveling, and playing with her dog, Norman.

Genevieve was raised outside of Dallas in Southlake, Texas, and graduated high school from Carroll Senior High School. Genevieve received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from The University of Alabama. She obtained a double major with news media and communication studies and a minor in general business. While there, she was an ambassador for the College of Communication and Information Sciences, and she was the president of University Stewards, an organization welcoming prospective students to campus. For the second half of her collegiate career, she worked as a student assistant in the athletics communications department. Following her undergraduate graduation, she moved to Lexington, KY to attend the one-year MBA program at the University of Kentucky.
Genevieve has lived in Madeira the past two years with her boyfriend, Chase, and her dog, Rita. Her interests include fostering and volunteering with the county animal shelter, taking walks around the neighborhood with Rita and Chase, trying new restaurants in Cincinnati, and spending time with friends.
