John is a veteran in the financial services industry with 37 years of experience. He is a long time Director's and President's Council member. John specializes in working with multigenerational clients and providing services that encompass all aspects of family wealth management. Capital preservation and risk management are the top priorities in every relationship.
Prior to joining UBS, John was a Senior Vice President with Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney in Boca Raton, Florida which included 15 years of management responsibilities. John has a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University where he received the distinguished service award. He is FINRA-registered and holds the Series 7,8, 63 and 65 securities licenses as well as the 2-15 insurance license.
He has served on the Board of Directors for a number of charitable organizations and he currently resides in Boca Raton, FL with his wife, Suzanne.

Jake specializes in all aspects of investment strategy, asset allocation and the effects the micro/macroeconomic environment has on both. He works closely with our clients to develop portfolios and create tailored investment solutions with an emphasis on risk-adjusted returns. His expertise also includes valuation, financing and strategic exit planning for business owners.
Prior to joining UBS, Jake was Vice President of Investments with J.P. Morgan in Palm Beach, Florida. Before his wealth management career Jake was part of the U.S. Army's elite 1/75th Ranger Regiment. He is a combat veteran that conducted Special Military Operations for the United States of America in both Afghanistan and Iraq.
Jake has a B.A. in International Business & Trade and an M.B.A in International Business from Florida Atlantic University. In addition, he holds the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, Certified Exit Planning Advisor and Portfolio Manager designations. He is FINRA-registered and holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses as well as the 2-15 insurance license.
His primary philanthropic interests include education and supporting fellow veterans. Jake is a lifetime member of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign War and the U.S. Army Ranger Association. He is a long-standing board member of the Veterans Bar Association.
Jake enjoys fishing, traveling, physical challenges and just about anything outdoors. Jake resides in Ft. Lauderdale, FL with his wife and best friend Luanne, daughter Sydney and golden retriever Manly.

Meryll is involved in all facets of the group’s operations. For over 18 years, she has focused on the advanced financial planning needs of entrepreneurs and ultra high-net-worth clients. Her specialties include asset protection, advanced estate and wealth transfer strategies such as inheritance, business succession, life transition and liability planning.
She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. The designation comes with additional training in financial planning, investments, and retirement planning as well as in the CFP Board's Standards of Professional Conduct. The CFP® certification is the most recognized certification in the industry for personal financial planning.
Prior to joining UBS, Meryll was a Vice President of Investments with J.P. Morgan in Boca Raton, Florida. She was also a regional manager at J.P. Morgan before deciding to focus exclusively on the needs of our clients.
Meryll has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University. In addition to the CFP®, she holds the following designations: Chartered Family Office Specialist, Accredited Asset Management Specialist and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor . Meryll is FINRA-registered and holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses as well as the 2-15 insurance license.
She volunteers her time with the Junior League of Boca Raton, Best Foot Forward and as a teaching volunteer with Junior Achievement empowering young children and people to own their economic success. Meryll currently resides in Parkland, FL with her high school sweetheart and husband, Ethan and their three daughters.

Tracey has over 17 years of experience in the wealth management industry and brings a diverse set of skills to her role as Wealth Management Associate. She has been with UBS since 2011. Prior to UBS, Tracey worked for Oppenheimer and Raymond James in various roles, including trader, operations and client service associate. She is FINRA-registered and holds the Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses.
Tracey oversees the operational and service-related aspects of our team's client relationships. She is responsible for account maintenance, relationship building and providing clients with a high level of service. Tracey is dedicated to providing an excellent client experience.
A native to south Florida, she attended high school in Parkland and studied psychology at Florida Atlantic University. Tracey enjoys spending time with her family, the outdoors and travel. She lives in Boca Raton with her husband Kevin and their three children Noelle, Angelina and Brandon.

Jason has over 15 years of experience in the wealth management industry and is a remarkable addition to the Boca Raton Wealth Consulting Group. Prior to UBS, Jason was an Assistant Vice President and Private Client Banker with JP Morgan Chase in Parkland, Florida.
As a Client Service Associate, Jason delivers exemplary client service with an impeccable attention to detail and enthusiasm for exceeding clients' expectations. He works closely with the team to respond to client service requests swiftly and accurately.
Jason is currently attending The University of Arizona’s Global Campus Business Administration program. He is a FINRA-registered representative and holds Series 7, 66 securities licenses, and the 2-15 insurance license.
Originally from New York, Jason relocated to South Florida in 2011. Jason volunteers his time to the local little league organization in Coral Springs, where he lives with his wife of 20 years, Nelly. They have two children, Jack and Emma. When not on the baseball field with his son, he enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, music production, and visiting his daughter at The University of Central Florida.
