UBS Private Wealth Advisor and cofounder of Wickham Cash Partners Mitchell Wickham strives to bring both structure and simplicity to his affluent clients’ complex financial lives. He leads a diverse team of 21 professionals whose complementary skills and talents deliver comprehensive private wealth management to successful multigenerational families, corporate executives and entrepreneurs.

Accessing the extensive resources of UBS Private Wealth Management and working closely with clients’ trust and estate attorneys and CPAs, Mitchell and his team focus on developing investment, income replacement, philanthropic and wealth transfer strategies that address each client’s unique needs and circumstances. Life

- Mitchell lives in Charlotte, NC, with his wife and three daughters. They are a high-energy family of downhill skiers, whitewater kayakers, runners and wing shooters.

- Mitchell serves on the board of directors of the NC Outward Bound School, where he is a former board chair, and Charlotte Latin School. He is a past board member and past president of Association for Corporate Growth and Anuvia Prevention and Recovery Center. He is also active in his church and other local charities.

To Private Wealth Advisor Greg Cash, wealth management is complex and challenging, but it’s how you listen to clients that makes all the difference in people’s lives. He believes all good advice stems from finding out what matters most to each client. Greg became interested in financial services while studying micro- and macroeconomics, as well as behavioral finance, while at UVA. He found it to be an industry where you could add value to people’s lives in tangible ways. Today, as cofounder of UBS Private Wealth team Wickham Cash Partners, Greg can do just that.

He helps guide the team’s wealth management practice, where he is actively involved in customizing client portfolios to align with each client’s unique goals, tax and estate plan, and family circumstances. Greg has also received advanced training from the Money, Meaning and Choices Institute in facilitating multigenerational family meetings, values retreats and solving complex multigenerational financial issues that often occur within larger, ultra high net worth families.

- Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife, their children and their extended families.

With more than 40 years in wealth management and an earlier career in retail, corporate and institutional banking, UBS Private Wealth Advisor, Ron Bryson possesses the experience, knowledge and passion to guide affluent clients toward their most important financial goals. 

Ron's modest upbringing in the textile industry of South Carolina, taught him the value of hard work, persistence and straight forward no-nonsense communication.  Every day he puts those life lessons to work, helping clients navigate the challenges and opportunities of possessing wealth, be it related to investment management, concentrated stock issues, liquidity event planning, generational wealth and estate planning and/or philanthropy.

- Ron and his wife, Susan, live in Charlotte.

- Ron supports many charitable endeavors, including those that provide care for the homeless, underprivileged children and animals.

- He enjoys golf, snow skiing and the performing arts.

North Moore is a Private Wealth Advisor and Portfolio Manager for the UBS Private Wealth team Wickham Cash Partners. He has more than 15 years of experience advising high net worth families on the unique complexities of multigenerational wealth. 

After an early career managing stock option plans for Fortune 500 companies and advising C-suite executives on long-term wealth accumulation strategies, North joined the Wickham Cash Partners team in 2011. He focuses primarily on advising entrepreneurs, corporate executives and their families. North has broad experience helping clients navigate the disposition or acquisition of private businesses, private equity sponsored buyouts for high-level management, de-risking concentrated positions in publicly traded company stock and multigenerational wealth transfer for highly successful families.

North received his undergraduate degree from Davidson College and later earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation. He is a member of the Wickham Cash Partners investment committee and is actively involved in developing the team’s investment outlook and strategy.

Life

- North and his wife, Nikki, have three daughters and live in Charlotte.

- They actively support the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library system, where Nikki is involved in the campaign to build the new main library.

- North is an avid fly fisherman, hunter and conservationist. When not in the office, he can be found outdoors with his wife and daughters, searching for a good place to wet a line.

Trevor Hoke has worked in wealth management for over 16 years, primarily advising ultra high net worth clients. Over the years, he has helped families successfully navigate difficult markets, multigenerational family dynamics and legacy family business transactions. Today, he leads the team’s efforts in portfolio research and analysis, cash flow modeling and comprehensive wealth planning. He helps clients understand their financial situation and the important variables that will allow them to make better decisions and drive long-term success.

- Trevor, his wife, Christine, and their two children live in Charlotte.

- He and his family are very active in their church, Myers Park Presbyterian Church.

- Trevor has held past positions with the Mint Museum, United Way of Central Carolinas and Urban Ministry.

Cameron began his career in the financial services industry in 2009 and joined Wickham Cash Partners in 2017.  Along with Trevor and Emily, Cameron focuses on the team's wealth management practice, where he is actively involved in developing each client's customized strategic portfolio allocation.  Cameron is responsible for performing initial and ongoing investment manager selection and asset allocation modeling; providing customized reporting; and disseminating proprietary and third-party economic and security-specific research to clients.

Cameron received his Bachelor's degree and Master's degree from Campbell University and he has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP™) designations.  He maintains the Series 7 and 66 FINRA registrations and is registered in all 50 states.

Cameron lives in Charlotte with his wife, Samantha and their son, Levi.

Emily began her career in the financial services industry in 2011 and joined Wickham Cash Partners in 2018.  Along with Trevor and Cameron, she focuses on the team's wealth management practice, where she is actively involved in developing each client's customized strategic portfolio allocation.  Emily is responsible for performing initial and ongoing investment manager selection and asset allocation modeling; providing customized reporting; and disseminating proprietary and third-party economic and security-specific research to clients.

Emily received her Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the College of Charleston.  She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and maintains her series 7 and 66 FINRA registrations.  She is registered in all 50 states.

Emily lives in Charlotte with her husband Brian and their two children. 

Ryan started his career in wealth management with UBS in 2019. Ryan works closely with high net-worth families, entrepreneurs, and corporate executives to help them navigate the complexities of managing wealth, from retirement and liquidity events to financial planning and investment management.

Before joining Wickham Cash Partners, Ryan gained valuable experience working on the Institutional Advisory Group at UBS where he worked directly with C-suite executives with concentrated single equity positions. Ryan is passionate about guiding clients through key financial milestones, helping them develop a comprehensive strategy for long term success by building out tailored financial plans and tax efficient investment strategies to assure peace of mind.

With a deep commitment to building lasting relationships, Ryan combines extensive knowledge with a personal touch, making the complex world of wealth management more understandable and accessible to clients. Guided by his principles of integrity and dependability, Ryan leverages UBS’s global resources and the team’s collective expertise to deliver strategies that help clients grow, sustain, and transition their wealth over time.

Ryan is a Charlotte, North Carolina native. He served on the board of the Charlotte Young Professionals Group from 2020-2024, and is now the co-chair of the UBS Young Professionals Network Charlotte Chapter. Ryan enjoys spending time outdoors with his better half, Thea, and their two dogs. In his free time you can find him on the golf course, the white water center, or in a new restaurant in the Queen City.

Matt has been in the financial services industry since 1996.  After spending the first part of his career in leadership, Matt joined Wickham Cash Partners in 2013.  Matt is responsible for the day-to-day business operations of the team.  His background in the industry includes experiences with compliance, operations and business management. Matt holds the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor® designation and maintains his Series 6, 7, 9, 10, 63 and 66 FINRA designations.  He is registered in all 50 states.

Matt is a resident of Indian Land, SC.  He enjoys all things outdoors, but especially Saturdays in the fall at South Carolina football games.

Holly is a Private Wealth Sr. Client Service Associate who began her career in the financial services industry in 1991 and joined Wickham Cash Partners in 2000.  Holly helps lead the team's service group in providing a first-class client experience.  Holly maintains her Series 7, 31, 63 and 65 FINRA registrations and is registered in all 50 states.

Holly resides in Charlotte with her husband, Pete and 2 children.

Laura began her career in the financial services industry in 1998 and joined Wickham Cash Partners in 2002.  As a Private Wealth Sr. Client Service Associate, Laura manages the daily services aspects for our clients.  Laura maintains her Series 7 and 66 FINRA registrations and is registered in all 50 states.

Laura lives in Mint Hill, NC with her husband, Scott and their 3 children.

Allison began her career with UBS in 2015 as a Client Service Associate, serving high net worth clients for a team based in Rochester, NY.  She joined Wickham Cash Partners in June of 2020 and has relocated to Charlotte, NC.  Allison is a proud graduate of the University of Dayton, where she earned her degree in Marketing and International Business.  Allison enjoys being outdoors, exercising, playing golf and spending time with her family and friends.

Allison maintains her FINRA series 7 and 66 registrations and is registered in all 50 states.

Taylor began her career with UBS in 2016 as a Client Service Associate, based in the Charlotte, NC branch office.  She joined Wickham Cash Partners in May of 2021 as a Private Wealth Senior Client Service Associate.  Her focus on building long-term relationships with the clients and their families begins with providing exceptional service for all aspects of their financial needs.

Taylor is a proud graduate of the Queens University of Charlotte, earning her degree in Business.  While at Queens, Taylor was a two-time conference champion for the Women’s Golf Team.

Taylor enjoys being outdoors, going to the beach, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends.  Taylor is active in a local church, where she spends time volunteering in the kids’ ministry.

She maintains here FINRA series 7 and 66 registrations and is registered in all 50 states.

Lincoln started in the financial services industry in 2004 and joined Wickham Cash Partners in 2010 as a Sr. Private Wealth Client Service Associate.  Lincoln is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for our custody relationships.  Lincoln maintains his Series 7 and 66 FINRA registrations and is registered in all 50 states.

Lincoln lives in Concord with his wife, Janel and their 4 children.

Brianna began in the financial services industry in 2013 and later joined Wickham Cash Partners in 2016.  Brianna is responsible for day-to-day service and operations.

Brianna resides in Charlotte with her husband Charles and their English Lab, Bruce.  In her spare time, Brianna enjoys yoga and visiting the Blue Ridge Mountains as much as possible.  She is an active member of the Plaza Midwood Neighborhood Association and you can find her volunteering their often.

Colin started his career in March of 2021 by joining Wickham Cash Partners as a Registered Client Service Associate.  Colin prides himself on providing excellent service to our clients on a daily basis and takes tremendous pride in building trust in his relationships.

Colin resides in Charlotte and enjoys spending time playing soccer and exploring the city.

Susie began her career in the financial services industry in 2019 and joined Wickham Cash Partners as a Registered Private Wealth Client Service Associate in 2023.  Susie enjoys the day to day interactions with clients and strives to provide them with excellent service.  Susie maintains her Series 7 and 66 FINRA registrations and is registered in all 50 states.

Susie lives in Tega Cay, SC with her husband, John and 2 children.

Chris joined Wickham Cash Partners in April of 2022 as a client service associate.  Chris prides himself on providing excellent service to our clients on daily basis and takes tremendous ownership in building trust in the relationships he develops.  Chris maintains his Series 7 and 66 FINRA registrations and is registered in all 50 states.

Chris is a Charlotte native and enjoys spending time with friends and family on the lake, mountain biking and camping.

Kelley began her career in the financial services industry in 2002 and joined Wickham Cash Partners as a Registered Private Wealth Client Service Associate in 2024. She is responsible for the daily service and operation of client accounts and strives to provide clients with excellent customer service.

Kelley graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a B.S. in Business Administration and lives in Charlotte with her four kids and two dogs. She enjoys running, being outdoors, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
