For more than 25 years, Scott has been earning the trust of his clients with a holistic approach to wealth management.  He meets the needs of his clients with an unparalleled level of service.  Scott achieved the Senior Portfolio Manager title by meeting stringent requirements on assets managed, industry experience, length of time using investment discretion, and a spotless compliance record.  He earned his B.A. degree in Business Management from St. John's University.  Scott and his wife, Melissa, live in Excelsior, MN and have three boys.

For more than 23 years, Steve has built an advisory practice focused on trust and transparent communication.  He understands financial planning for every stage of life and is passionate about providing clients with the best options.  Steve runs the insurance planning for Wayzata Wealth Management and collaborates with our UBS consultant teams and clients trusted professionals.  He earned his B.A. degree in History from St. John's University.  Steve and his wife, Britt, live in St Paul and have two boys.

Mike began his career in the summer of 2005 as an intern during college and in 2009 he joined the Theilmann Financial Group as a Financial Advisor. With his clients, Mike emphasizes asset allocation and total portfolio management with a focus on retirement income planning.  He also helps them with education funding, insurance, and estate planning.

Mike earned his BS degree in Finance from Drake University. He lives in Wayzata with his wife Katie, son Henry.  He enjoys being active in sports and spending time on the lake in his free time. 

Dave believes that being a Financial Advisor is a tremendous honor that comes with great responsibility. For 20 years, he has worked in many financial sectors including: Retirement Planning, Institutional Sales, Equity Trading, and Private Wealth Management. Dave is passionate about building trusted and meaningful client relationships and takes an active role in facilitating family governance, stewardship, and the education and preparation of the next generation.  He is focused on being a lifelong trusted partner with his clients. 

Dave graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He currently holds his Series 7 and 66 Securities License.

Dave and his wife, Rebecca, are strong supporters of The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, Juvenile Diabetic Research Foundation and Children’s Hospitals. He enjoys the outdoors, Native American history and a round of golf. He and Rebecca live in Chaska, MN, with their two sons.

Janice Hatlestad supports client service and operational needs for Wayzata Wealth Management, including directly assisting clients with diverse transactional and service-related needs. Janice has more than 20 years experience in the financial services industry.

Janice received a business degree from Minneapolis Business College and holds the Series 7 and 66 licenses.  She and her husband Rick live in Lakeville, MN and enjoy golf, boating, skiing, and travel.
