Roger brings more than thirty years of experience in providing publicly-traded and privately-held organizations with fiduciary institutional consulting services, including qualified and non-qualified retirement plan asset management and monitoring, and plan design and benchmarking. His team also provides institutional-quality investment planning and advice to executives, small business owners, and institutional investors.
A Certified Investment Management Analyst, Roger focuses much of his work on providing institutions with asset allocation modeling and recommendations to optimize portfolio performance while reducing associated risk and expense. Hallmarks of his team's institutional focus includes providing plan fiduciaries with support, education and guidance and providing plan participants with targeted investment education.
Roger earned a B.A. in business administration from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL, as well as an M.B.A. in finance and marketing from that institution's Crummer Graduate School of Business. He holds Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses.
Roger was ordained a permanent deacon for the Archdiocese of Boston in October 2015. He and his wife, Maryann, have three daughters, Erin, a graduate of the University of Virginia, Darci, a graduate of Providence College, and Kristi, a graduate of Wake Forest University.

Jesse K. Masterson is a Senior Retirement Plan Consultant for UBS Financial Services.
He has worked with the Vierra Group since 2007, both at Bear Stearns & Co. and UBS. Jesse is a graduate of Boston University's School of Management with a concentration in Finance. Jesse holds his Certified Investment Management Analyst designation (CIMA®) and is a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®). In addition, Jesse has his Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
Jesse helps design, implement and service retirement plans for publicly traded and privately held organizations and their employees. He also provides companies with corporate cash account services and tactical allocation for their investment accounts.
An important aspect of retirement plan implementation is the design and distribution of educational seminars and materials for plan sponsors, their administering staff and plan participants. Jesse develops and executes several programs and processes to assist plan fiduciaries in the management of their corporate retirement plans, including speaking engagements in conjunction with industry experts to address the latest regulations and working through fiduciary checklists and guidelines. Jesse also develops and presents retirement and other planning-related seminars for all plan participants—from pre-retirees to newly enrolled personnel—and helps coordinate education efforts across multiple employee locations when needed.
Jesse and his wife, Heather, and children, Ella and Jackson, live in Milton, MA. His personal interests include skiing and basketball.

Erin O'Neill is Vice President, Financial Advisor of The Vierra Group. Erin is a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®), and has her Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
Prior to joining The Vierra Group in 2022, Erin spent nearly 10 years with John Hancock Retirement Plan Services, where she served as a Relationship Manager to many of John Hancock's largest institutional 401(k) plan sponsors.
In her role with The Vierra Group, Erin helps design, implement and service retirement plans for publicly traded and privately held organizations and their employees.
