Derek joined UBS in January of 2014 with a focus on helping clients with investment and insurance needs. Derek has been in the financial services industry serving as a Financial Advisor since 2006. Within the Vance Financial Group, Derek focuses on financial planning, investment research and building strong client relationships.
Derek and his wife Cady along with their two young children live on a small horse farm near Caesar Creek where they are active in their church and community.

Cindy is a skilled and experienced Client Service Associate. She joined UBS in 2019 and was new to the industry. She is a graduate of Ohio University with a BS in Human and Consumer Sciences. Cindy enjoys working with the clients and is committed to providing them with exceptional service and building long lasting relationships.
Cindy works closely with financial advisors to ensure that clients receive the highest level of care and attention. She is committed to staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices, and is always looking for ways to improve the client experience.
Cindy resides in Springboro with her husband Jeff. Between the two of them they have 5 kids, two of which are hers, Ben, and Cara.
