    As the founder of Union Square Group, George is the
    team’s lead financial planner and strategist. The team’s
    mission is a commitment to the financial planning process and professional
    investment management. George’s approach is simple and clear: no cookiecutter
    solutions. Attention to detail means understanding each client’s
    investment portfolio, their risk tolerance and specific personal goals. Every
    client deserves a custom-tailored financial goal analysis that is reviewed on a
    regular basis and is the blueprint for their investment strategy. Making people
    feel secure in good or challenging times is part of developing a trusting, longterm
    relationship with clients. Money impacts every aspect of clients’ lives, and
    George’s mantra is: “What is important to the client is important to me.”

    Doug believes that experience is often the best teacher
    in life and in one’s career. Doug’s tenure in wealth
    management spans over 34 years and has taught him that
    market fluctuations are meant to be weathered and fads
    in investment strategy do not last. This level of experience
    has taught him to discern between “noise” and what is
    truly relevant for his clients in the long-term.

    Doug’s passion is providing planning-centric wealth management services to
    Union Square Group clients and to be a strong advocate and role model for
    his team members. Doug practices what he preaches. He always puts clients’
    needs first and strives to be the consummate professional. That includes a
    commitment to continuing financial education so that he can provide the most
    up-to-date services to his clients.

    Darrin believes that successful wealth management begins

    a more fulfilling life. Darrin is mindful of factors including
    life stage, your personal time-sensitive goals such as saving for your children’s
    education or retirement. He is sensitive to the fact that risk tolerance differs
    for every client, and every investment portfolio is designed with that in mind.
    Darrin will help you manage your wealth by putting in place a customized
    financial plan that takes into consideration market fluctuations, wealth
    diversification and unexpected events that might affect your financial strategy.

    In addition, if you are in business, Darrin will work with you by leveraging
    the strength of UBS with all its resources including lending to help grow your
    business or exit planning. He is happy to work with your team of accountants
    and lawyers to achieve the best outcome for your immediate needs or longterm
    objectives.

    Most importantly, Darrin is happy to work with multigenerational families. He

      After just one year out of college, Molly followed in her
      mother’s footsteps and joined UBS as a Client Service
      Associate. Molly refers to this part of her childhood as
      “growing up at the Chattanooga branch.”

      Welcoming new clients and acclimating them to the wide range of services the
      UBS Union Square Group offers, Molly supports the team’s Financial Advisors
      to ensure that all client relationships are excellent. Processing account transfers,
      delivery and receipt of funds, familiarizing clients with OLS, and an array of UBS
      banking products—are all part of what Molly does daily.

      The most interesting part, and what Molly is most passionate about, is the
      quality of human relationships that are built between the Union Square team
      and clients. Molly loves to get to know clients and offer them an extra line of
      support and financial solutions. This is especially relevant during the milestones
      of clients’ lives such as the birth of a child, the purchase of a new home,
      retirement, and estate planning. Molly believes that what makes the team’s
      services so special is that “we offer clear, and unbiased solutions that help
      improve the quality of our clients’ lives.”
