Kristi joined UBS Institutional Consulting - Atlanta in 2000. Over the past 25 years she has consulted corporations, non-profits and families on investment policy, asset allocation, investment selection and performance measurement for their respective retirement plans, operating reserves, foundation and endowments, and trust assets.
Kristi holds an MBA from Georgia State University and is a current member of the Investment Management Consultant's Association (IMCA®). She is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®), Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), and a Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA®). She has served as Co-Chair and member of the UBS Institutional Consulting Advisory Committee and is a current member of the Investments and Wealth Institute.

Kristi is passionate about the missions of Wellspring Living and the Shepherd Center. She is a member of Women Shaping Shepherd, supporting critical programs for the Shepherd Spinal Clinic. She is a past board member of The Mustang Fund, a foundation supporting STEM related curriculum and activities at Montgomery Elementary school.
Austin joined UBS in 2009, and focuses on all aspects of Institutional Consulting including asset allocation, performance reporting, Investment Policy assistance, pension de-risking analysis and implementation, and investment manager search.
Austin is an active alumnus and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Elon University. He has been awarded the Chartered Retirement Plans SpecialistSM designation, representing knowledge of plan design, fiduciary liabilities, investment prudence, administration provider evaluation, and plan cost analysis. Additionally, he has been awarded the Accredited Wealth Management AdvisorSM designation. This designation represents knowledge of asset management, allocation and selection; investment performance and strategies; and taxation issues pertaining to investments for a broad range of investors, including small businesses and deferred compensation plans. Austin is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA). He has received the designation of Certified Investment Management AnalystSM (CIMA®), and attended the IMCA, CIMA program at the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School.
Ryan is an Institutional Analyst and Senior Wealth Strategy Associate. Since joining UBS in 2017, he has provided high-quality analytical and operational support to help corporations, non-profits and families achieve their financial objectives. Ryan’s primary responsibilities include investment policy best practices, asset allocation and investment selection recommendations, portfolio analysis and performance reporting for respective retirement plans, operating reserves, foundation and endowments and trust assets.
Ryan is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business where he specialized in Finance. He holds series 7 and 66 licenses, is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) and Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®).
Ryan lives in Atlanta with his wife Kristin and daughter Florence. Outside of work, he is an avid golfer and home-cook enthusiast. Ryan is passionate about impacting the lives of children and supports NW Atlanta Young Life.

Holds Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst® (CAIA®). Previous work experience includes AIG Capital Services and BankSouth. Day to day includes performance reports, manager and investment research, and portfolio construction. Hampton helps with the daily monitoring of Institutional Accounts and Investment process and decisions. He is an avid outdoorsman, golfer, and enjoys rooting on the Georgia Bulldawgs.
Dawn is a Wealth Management Associate with over 20 years of experience in the investment industry. Since joining UBS in 2009, she has focused on delivering personalized client support and helping clients navigate their financial goals.
She holds the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional® and Accredited Wealth Management Advisor® designations and is a graduate of The American College for the Applied Arts. Prior to UBS, Dawn gained valuable experience at Morgan Stanley, further strengthening her expertise in wealth management and client support.

Natalia has 19 years of experience in the financial services industry. She joined UBS Institutional Consulting as a Senior Registered Client Service Associate in 2016. Prior to UBS Natalia worked at Wachovia Securities and E*TRADE Financial. She is a graduate of the Appalachian State University in North Carolina where she earned her MBA degree. Natalia also holds the Series 7, 6, and 63 securities licenses, and Life, Health and Variable Annuities Insurance licenses.
Carrie began her career with PaineWebber/UBS in 1994 in the San Francisco Bay area and relocated to Atlanta in 1996 to join the UBS Institutional Consulting Group. Since then, she has built experience supporting institutional and high-net-worth clients. She works closely with financial advisors and clients to deliver operational, client service, and relationship support across a range of complex portfolios, including trusts, endowments, foundations, pension plans, and corporate retirement plans. Supporting the team with investment policy implementation, asset allocation execution, and performance monitoring , all aimed at helping clients achieve their long- term financial goals through efficient, well-coordinated service. Carrie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Chico. She resides in Roswell, Georgia with her husband and their sons. She is passionate about supporting organizations focused on childhood cancer--a cause that holds deep personal significance--and is committed to helping improve the lives of children and families impacted by it.
