For almost three decades, Shawn has spent his career consulting on Corporate and Government Retirement Plans, Defined Benefit Plans, Non-Qualified Plans, Foundations, Endowments, and Corporate Reserves. Trent Sanden is a Senior Partner and Managing Director with the Institutional Consulting Group – Northwest in Seattle, WA with 27 years of experience in the Retirement Plan and Institutional Consulting industry.

For almost three decades, Trent has spent his career consulting on Corporate and Government Retirement Plans, Non-Qualified Plans, Foundations, Endowments, Non-Profit Organizations, Corporate Reserves, Native American Corporations, as well as Trusts. Trent’s expertise includes Investment Policy Development, Asset Allocation Studies, Investment Manager Searches & Reviews, Investment Fee Analyses, Trustee Education, and Participant Education.

As one of the longest tenured consultants at UBS, Trent has served on the UBS Institutional Consulting National Advisory Council, the UBS Retirement Plan Consulting Services Advisory Council, and other National Industry Advisory Boards. He has publicly spoken at various national symposiums, including the National Association of Plan Advisors and the Investments & Wealth Institute (formerly IMCA). Trent also holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation.

In 1997 Trent joined UBS Financial Services Inc. as a Financial Advisor in Anchorage, AK. Prior to joining UBS, he owned a small consulting firm near Chicago, IL in the early 1990's. Living outside of Seattle in North Bend, he enjoys spending time with his family and staying active with skiing, hiking, and biking.

Jeremy Yanasak is a Senior Partner and Senior Institutional Consultant with the UBS Institutional Consulting Group – Northwest in Seattle, WA. With over 25 years of experience in the Retirement Plan and Institutional Consulting industry, Jeremy brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to his clients.

For over two decades, Jeremy has spent his career consulting on Corporate and Government Retirement Plans, Foundations, Endowments, Non-Profit Organizations, Corporate Reserves, Native American Corporations, and Trusts. His areas of expertise encompass Investment Policy Development, Asset Allocation Studies, Investment Manager Searches & Reviews, Quarterly Performance Monitoring, Investment Fee Analyses, and Participant Education. His comprehensive approach ensures that each client receives tailored strategies to meet their unique objectives.

Jeremy is also a member of the UBS Institutional Consulting Advisory Council, where he collaborates with other senior consultants to drive innovation and develop new solutions that benefit the firm’s institutional clients. He holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation and is an active member of the Investments & Wealth Institute.

Jeremy joined UBS Financial Services Inc. in 1998. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a minor in Marketing from the University of Washington and the University of Phoenix. A resident of the Greater Seattle area, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family and keeping up with the Seattle sports community.

Leah Tribe is a Partner and Senior Retirement Plan Consultant with the UBS Institutional Consulting Group – Northwest in Seattle, WA and has 15 years of experience in the Retirement Plan and Institutional Consulting industry.

Her role as a Consultant involves working with Corporate and Government Retirement Plans, Defined Benefit Plans, Non-Qualified Plans, Foundations, Endowments, Corporate Reserves, and Non-Profit organizations. Leah's expertise includes, Formal Recordkeeper Search and Selection (RFP), Recordkeeper Conversions, Investment Policy Development, Asset Allocation Studies, Investment Manager Search Reviews, Quarterly Performance Monitoring & Reviews, Fee Benchmarking, Trustee Education, and Participant Education.

In addition to her role, Leah is also a member of the UBS Retirement Plan Advisory Council, who’s objective is to foster strong collaboration within the program and bring forth new solutions for the benefit of our Plan Sponsor clients. She is also an active member of the Investments & Wealth Institute, in which she regularly attends industry conferences, and holds the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®) designation.

Leah joined UBS Financial Services Inc. in 2010 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from the University of Washington in 2008. Living in the Seattle area, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, traveling, and using her artistic side in various creative outlets.

Brian Drumhiller is an Associate Director with the UBS Institutional Consulting Group – Northwest in Seattle, WA and has helped provide investment consulting to institutional investors and private clients since joining UBS in 2013.

As an Associate Director at UBS, Brian focuses on delivering holistic wealth management to successful families and working professionals. With a focus on multi-generational planning, Brian creates comprehensive financial plans and designs investment portfolios for his clients to address their top priorities: preserving wealth, mitigating taxes, taking care of heirs, and charitable giving.

In working with institutional clients, Brian is dedicated in helping them achieve their unique goals and investment objectives. His areas of focus include Investment Policy Statements, Asset Allocation Studies, Portfolio Design and Implementation, Manager Due Diligence, and comprehensive Portfolio Performance Monitoring.

Brian earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Washington State University and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business. He is also a CFA® Charterholder and a Certified Financial Planner™ professional. Brian lives in Seattle with his wife and two boys. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, being a dedicated Little League coach, and is an avid Seattle sports fan.

Jenna Vokes is a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate with the UBS Institutional Consulting Group – Northwest in Seattle, WA. Jenna started her career in the Retirement Plan Consulting industry at UBS Financial Services Inc. in 2015.

Jenna’s role on the team as a consulting associate involves providing client support to Retirement Plan Sponsors of both private and public companies. Her expertise includes Service Provider Benchmarking, Formal Recordkeeper Search and Selection (RFP), Recordkeeper Conversions, Ad-hoc Client Projects, Quarterly Performance Monitoring, Participant Education, as well as Marketing for the team. Jenna is passionate about Plan Sponsors and retirement plan participants receiving the best client service and resources available to them.

Jenna has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Operations from Washington State University and holds the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®) designation. Jenna lives near Tacoma, Washington, with her husband and son. In her free time, she loves staying active in her community, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.

Brady Flynn is a Director and Senior Wealth Strategy Associate with the UBS Institutional Consulting Group – Northwest in Seattle, bringing over 20 years of experience to the team.

Brady’s extensive background spans Retirement Plan Consulting, Institutional Consulting, and private client services, where he plays a pivotal role in supporting both clients and internal teams. As a former Supervisory Officer, Brady has experience handling escalated operational matters and collaborating with Market Compliance and Home Office teams to implement effective resolutions.

In addition to managing complex operational issues, Brady helps lead larger operational projects and assists in shaping the team’s practice management to optimize efficiency and service delivery. He also oversees performance reporting for Retirement Plan clients and provides client support through ad-hoc projects. With a deep understanding of branch operations and a strategic approach, he uses his ability to navigate intricate operational environments to ensure that clients receive the highest level of support and guidance.

Brady joined UBS Financial Services Inc. in 2002 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Washington. As a Seattle resident, Brady is passionate about staying active and engaged in his community. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking, camping, learning more about the Capital Markets, and spending quality time with his family.

Karen Spink is a Relationship Manager and Senior Wealth Strategy Associate with the UBS Institutional Consulting Group – Northwest in Seattle, WA and has 28 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Since joining UBS in 2016, Karen has focused on providing tailored private client services, specializing in financial planning and portfolio management. Her expertise, combined with a strong commitment to building lasting client relationships, ensures that each client receives comprehensive support and personalized strategies for achieving their financial goals. Karen is also deeply involved in the day-to-day operations that keep the practice running smoothly and efficiently.

In addition to being fully Registered, she holds a Series 9/10 certification along with a Washington State Insurance License. Residing in the Greater Seattle area, Karen and her husband enjoy exploring warm waters around the world and seeking out new dive adventures. She is a certified PADI Scuba Dive Instructor and holds a USCG Captain’s License. When not traveling, Karen spends quality time with her children, grandchildren, and three dogs—keeping them very busy.

Lauren Mallory is a Registered Client Associate with the UBS Institutional Consulting Group – Northwest in Seattle, WA and has six years of experience working in the Retirement Plan and Institutional Consulting industry.

In her role supporting Retirement Plan Sponsors and Finance Committees, Lauren works with Public Corporations, Private Corporations, and Non-Profit Organizations. Her expertise encompasses Investment Policy Development, Asset Allocation Studies, Investment Fee Analyses, Quarterly Performance Monitoring, Manager Searches, Manager Due Diligence, and facilitation of Vendor RFPs. As the lead on the team’s Marketing and Sales Initiatives, Lauren also drives Business Development efforts to strengthen client relationships and expand the team’s ability to help other organizations.

In 2019, Lauren obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business, with a concentration in Finance, from the University of Washington and is an active member of the Seattle Finance Collective. Residing in the Seattle area, she enjoys spending time within her fitness community and connecting with others who share a passion for self-development.

Grace Gill is a Registered Client Associate with the UBS Institutional Consulting Group – Northwest in Seattle, WA and has 18 years of experience at the firm. She joined the team in 2017 and serves as the Lead Performance Analyst for Institutional Clients.

In her role, Grace is responsible for collecting, reconciling, and analyzing investment manager returns, as well as ensuring that all processes remain compliant and align with best practices. Her comprehensive understanding of custodial structures, platforms, and databases enables her to deliver precise and insightful performance reporting for institutional clients.

Grace brings a unique analytical expertise, drawing on her prior experience in Reconciliation and Control for derivative products at UBS in Hong Kong and experience with the Investment Bank within the Hong Kong Exchange. Grace holds multiple degrees from Highline College and the Hong Kong Institute of Education, primarily with a financial background. Living in the Greater Seattle area with her family, she enjoys traveling and practicing new culinary recipes.

Beth Lovell is a Senior Registered Client Associate with the UBS Institutional Consulting Group – Northwest in Seattle, WA and has been an invaluable part of the team for 25 years.

With a deep understanding of the firm’s operations and commitment to client service, Beth leads the operational efforts for the team, ensuring that all client requests are handled with precision and efficiency. Her role encompasses overseeing account management, performing regular account maintenance on portfolios, reviewing and processing reports, resolving complex issues as they arise, and ad-hoc projects for clients. She also works directly with compliance to uphold the highest standards of integrity and operational excellence.

Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Evergreen State College. Residing in the Greater Seattle area, she enjoys staying active through yoga, jogging, hiking, and exploring music.

Calvina Lum is the Team Administrator and an Associate Director with the UBS Institutional Consulting Group – Northwest in Seattle, where she has been a vital part of the organization for 25 years.

With her extensive experience, Calvina oversees Business Practice Management, Risk Management, Financial Analytics, Contracting, and Team Development—ensuring that all processes run efficiently and compliantly. She collaborates closely with team members, Branch Management, and the Home Office to maintain seamless day-to-day operations and provides strategic support. With an analytical background, she also oversees business analytics to provide insights that drive the team’s decision-making. In her role, Calvina takes an active approach in identifying operational barriers and developing solutions that enhance client satisfaction. Her leadership in team management and ability to streamline operations are instrumental to the group’s success.

Calvina holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia in Canada. Residing in Seattle, she enjoys running and spending time with friends and family.
