With her extensive experience, Calvina oversees Business Practice Management, Risk Management, Financial Analytics, Contracting, and Team Development—ensuring that all processes run efficiently and compliantly. She collaborates closely with team members, Branch Management, and the Home Office to maintain seamless day-to-day operations and provides strategic support. With an analytical background, she also oversees business analytics to provide insights that drive the team’s decision-making. In her role, Calvina takes an active approach in identifying operational barriers and developing solutions that enhance client satisfaction. Her leadership in team management and ability to streamline operations are instrumental to the group’s success.
Calvina holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia in Canada. Residing in Seattle, she enjoys running and spending time with friends and family.
