Financial Advisor
Stephen formed Trudeau Wealth Management more than fifteen years ago, striving to provide a select group of clients with exceptional wealth management and service. With over thirty-five years of experience as a Wealth Management Advisor, Stephen oversees overall portfolio allocation and strategy. He conducts regular due diligence meetings with Portfolio Managers both in office and around the country. He joined UBS in 2012 after a long and distinctive career with Merrill Lynch. He holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as Life, Variable Life, and Variable Annuity Insurance licenses. Outside of the office, Stephen is passionate about his charitable work. He serves as a Trustee and Treasurer of Mariners' Church of Detroit, and is the current chairman of the Cranbrook Cares Breaking Pediatric Cancer sporting clays event. Stephen is a founding board member of Child Safe Michigan, which provides child welfare and disability services to families throughout southeast Michigan, and is a member of the Children's Foundation Planned Giving Advisor Council. An avid competitor, he serves as the Michigan delegate to the National Sporting Clays Association. Stephen and his wife Laura have two grown children, Victoria and Brooks, and reside in Huntington Woods.

Victoria’s goal is to provide each client with the knowledge that their financial life is in both capable and caring hands. She works closely with Stephen, participating in all client and portfolio manager meetings. The team’s financial planner, she joined her father at Trudeau Wealth Management in September of 2012. Victoria works personally with our clients to create comprehensive plans for retirement and beyond, and she is the team's resource for questions regarding Social Security and Medicare. Victoria has completed extensive continuing education in the field of financial planning. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® designee, and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) certificant. She is also responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, including long-term care, life insurance, and annuities. She holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, Life, as well as Accident and Health, Variable Life, and Variable Annuity Insurance licenses. Victoria has a Bachelor’s degree from Sweet Briar College in Virginia, and a Masters degree from the University of Chicago. She sits on the Outreach Committee for Mariners' Church of Detroit, serves as president of Sweet Briar College's Detroit Alumnae Club, and is a member of the Detroit Athletic Club and the Hundred Club of Detroit. Victoria and her husband Colbert live in Ferndale.

Financial Advisor
Joe combines his direct and engaging approach to wealth management with more than 10 years of professional experience. His role includes working with individual clients and serving as the team's resource on 401(k) and Employer-Sponsored Retirement Plans, where his knowledge areas encompass retirement plan construction, plan sponsor consulting and ERISA. Joe provides his individual clients and their families with holistic wealth management services and personal attention. He tailors solutions to each client's needs; creating a financial plan, developing proper investment allocation, and regularly monitoring performance towards established goals. Joe joined UBS in 2010, and began working with Trudeau Wealth Management in 2016. He holds Series 7 and Series 66 and insurance licenses, and is a proud graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit. He and his wife Amy live in Plymouth, and in their free time they are avid road racers and practicing yogis. Joe gives back to the community he loves by supporting several charitable organizations, including Food Gatherers of Ann Arbor, Michigan Women Forward (previously Michigan Women's Foundation), and Team Red White & Blue – Ann Arbor. Along with his four-legged best friend Marvin, Joe also regularly volunteers at local schools and hospitals in association with the Alliance of Therapy Dogs (ATD).
Wealth Management Associate
Jill provides essential support, striving to present our clients with service excellence and the appropriate solutions to their investment-related questions and concerns. She assists our team by implementing all portfolio recommendations and changes and preparing client reviews and proposals. Jill is a client advocate on the debt side of the balance sheet, processing and servicing credit lines and guiding clients through the mortgage process. She also works closely with Nancy to provide additional team and client aid as needed. A member of Trudeau Wealth Management since 2013, Jill has been with UBS since 2006. She holds series 7, 66, and 9/10 securities licenses in addition to a degree in Finance from Oakland University. Jill thrives on challenges, which is why she runs year-round with her husband, Bob. Through running Jill supports local organizations and charities, particularly animal shelters and rescue groups, participating regularly in charitable 5K runs throughout Southeast Michigan and beyond.
Client Associate
Nancy has a passion for providing all of our clients with individual attention, servicing many diverse requests. She is our clients' primary contact, drawing on her extensive knowledge and experience. Nancy joined Trudeau Wealth Management in 2015, and she has been working in the industry since 2007. She works with our clients and prospective clients to anticipate needs, resolve problems, and follow through. Nancy provides service with her signature smile, whether assisting with financial reporting, tax reporting, or opening a new account. She strives to make our clients' lives easier; figuring out solutions to problems that clients didn't know could be solved. In addition, Nancy also works closely with Victoria, implementing client outreach such as newsletters and events and providing financial planning support. Outside of the office, Nancy is an avid historical fiction reader and gardener. She and her husband, Chris, live in Almont, and devote much of their time to family, maintaining close relationships with the three adult children they share between them.
