Chris brings a disciplined, mission‑driven approach to supporting clients and advisors, shaped by more than 20 years of leadership experience in the United States Marine Corps. He plays a key role in helping the team deliver organized, responsive, and detail‑oriented service, ensuring client needs are met with consistency and care.
Throughout his career, Chris has operated in high‑accountability environments, managing complex operations and coordinating large‑scale initiatives with precision. His experience overseeing multi‑million‑dollar projects and leading diverse teams translates naturally into a focus on execution, process improvement, and seamless client support.
Prior to joining UBS, Chris worked at Morgan Stanley, where he supported advisors and clients in a fast‑paced wealth management environment. Before transitioning to the financial industry, he served as a Marine Corps Officer in a variety of leadership roles, including commanding up to 250 Marines and supporting joint and interagency operations across the Indo‑Pacific region. These experiences instilled a strong appreciation for planning, risk awareness, and teamwork—principles he brings to his work every day.
Chris earned a B.S. in Communication from Old Dominion University and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Human Behavior. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, bringing a continuous‑improvement mindset to team operations and client service.
