With 30+ years of experience at UBS and Gradison, Rick incorporates asset protection and planning into our unique strategy development. The Triad Group provides each client with a retirement income plan, professional investment management and multiple perspectives. Our successful solutions include goal development and execution.
A resident of Finneytown, Rick and wife Kimberly welcomed 3 Daughters-in-law to their family as each son was married in 2023. We are excited to become grandparents in early 2024!
Rick actively supports the Green Beret Foundation – Cincinnati Chapter. He is working on his golf game and enjoys time with his dogs. He has served as an Elder of his church and was a past member / President of the Finneytown Schools Board of Education.
Majoring in economics and mathematics, Rick graduated from Indiana University. He earned his Master in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Andy is developing his leadership skills while leveraging his 15 years of experience to bolster our Financial Planning process. He and Rick collaborate to develop unique strategies for our clients by delivering Personalized Financial and Retirement Income plans, utilizing professional portfolio managers, and incorporating multiple points of view from their combined 45+ years of experience in the financial industry.
Having clients who trust us enough to include us in not just their financial decisions, but most of their major life decisions is what motivates and energizes Andy.
Andy lives in Florence, Kentucky with his wife Kelly, 2 Great Danes and a cat. He spends most of his time outside of work trying to improve his golf game, playing soccer, working in the garden or reading. He actively supports the ALZ Allstars, a local fundraising group for the Alzheimer’s Association, in the fight to develop a cure to Alzheimer’s. He graduated from Francis Marion University (South Carolina) with a BA in Finance.
