Michael's mission is to help clients realize their financial goals and continue enjoying the lifestyles they've worked hard to achieve. Upon graduating from The University of Southern California (USC) in 1990 with a degree in business, Michael began his career as a Financial Advisor and spent 20 years at Merrill Lynch.

Michael and his team, the Tidik- Friedman Wealth Management Group, joined UBS in 2015.  

As one of six siblings, and a father of four, Michael feels strongly about giving back to the community and is involved with several organizations benefitting the Heart Institute at Children's Hospital Los Angeles and the Providence Health & Services Foundation. In his free time, Michael enjoys golf, volleyball, fishing and spending time with his wife and family.

Jason's decision to join UBS in 2015 marked the end of over 11 years spent as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch's Global Private Client Group. Jason earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ designation in 2007 and 2011, respectively. He also holds the Series 7, Series 31 and Series 66 securities licenses, as well as health and long-term care insurance licenses.  Jason specializes with clients in the entertainment industry helping them navigate their unique financial needs. 

A native of Southern California and a graduate of California State University of Northridge, with a Bachelor of Science in business administration, Jason currently lives in Toluca Lake with his wife Alicyn and son Bodhi.  He is currently serving as a board member for the Toluca Lake Beautification Partners and is the past President for the Greater Toluca Lake Neighborhood Council.

Prior to joining UBS with the team in 2015, Nicole was a Registered Client Associate at Merrill Lynch for more than eight years. She began her financial services career in 2001, gaining banking and lending experience with Washington Mutual.

Committed to serving each client personally and responsively, Nicole oversees requests for fund research, reporting clarifications and general service inquiries. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and loves to travel.

Kiley graduated in 2021 from the University of Southern California (USC) with a degree in Neuroscience and a minor in Business. After graduating, she worked as an Area Manager for a multinational technology company focused on e-commerce.

Kiley’s interest in wealth management began at an early age, inspired by watching her father build lasting relationships with his clients through attention to detail, tailored guidance, and a genuine commitment to helping them achieve their unique financial goals. She hopes to emulate this throughout her career at UBS. Kiley oversees clients’ charitable giving along with general service inquiries.

Outside of work, Kiley values spending time with family and friends and enjoys going to the beach, cooking, exercising, and fishing.

Anthony launched his financial services career with Morgan Stanley in 1994 and has since held a variety of client-focused roles, including operations support and branch technology training. He is the newest member of the Tidik-Friedman group. In addition to handling general service inquiries, Anthony focuses on client onboarding and account maintenance.

Anthony is a lifelong resident of Southern California and enjoys spending quality time with family, playing basketball, tennis, hiking, and snowboarding.
