    David is originally from New Zealand. He attended Auckland University where he completed a Bachelor of Commerce. David began his career working as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in 1995. In 2008, he moved to Merrill Lynch where he had worked until joining UBS in 2016 as a Senior Vice President.

    His business is focused on finding outperforming investment solutions that meet his clients risk tolerance and investment objectives. This involves comprehensive Financial Planning. He specializes in working with high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and family offices. Additionally he has an expertise in helping C-Suite Technology Executives navigate their personal finance transition from private to public company. David's business incorporates design and management of retirement plans for companies and institutions. Business succession planning, estate, and generational planning are important parts of his practice.

    David resides in Miami, FL and in his spare time enjoys vintage cars, yoga, traveling, surfing and playing tennis. He has a passion for food, delicious restaurants and socializing with friends and family. David loves giving back to the community and supports The Optimus Foundation - Ukraine, Charity: Water and the Robin Hood Foundation. He is also an active participant in the UBS Community Affairs & Corporate Responsibility program.

        Michele joined UBS in 2002, and continues to bring her 20 years of experience in financial services industry to the Warren Group as a Senior Registered Client Service Associate.

        Her primary role is to ensure that the team provides a world class client experience. Her knowledge of UBS's capabilities and systems enables her to quickly address client questions and identify the right solutions for their account needs. Michele holds her FINRA Series 7 and Series 66.

        Prior to working at UBS Michele worked for Universal Music Group where she was the Manager of the Production Department. In her free time, Michele enjoys walking, seeing the sights in New York City, and reading. In addition, Michele spends time in Fire Island with her husband and friends in the summer.

        Michele is an active participant in the UBS Community Affairs & Corporate Responsibility program.

              McKenna joined UBS in 2018 and is a Registered Wealth Strategy Associate for The Warren Group. McKenna plays an integral role in retirement planning. She works in concert with the team's Senior Vice President, David Warren, in developing customized solutions for clients' financial plans. McKenna addresses client questions and identifies solutions for specific account needs.

              McKenna holds the College of Financial Planning Designation as a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) and the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66. She graduated from the Business Honors program at Mercy College, magna cum laude, where she studied Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing.

              McKenna resides in the lively neighborhood of East Village in New York City. In her spare time, she enjoys learning about wine, hiking and practicing reformer Pilates. McKenna recently summited Mount Washington, the highest peak in the Northeast,  and Mount Marcy, the highest peak in New York State.  She has an affinity for nature-- both outdoors and indoors as she is the proud parent of many houseplants.

              She gives back to her community by volunteering for Cards for Kids and Virtual Enterprise International (VEI).

                Michael joined UBS in 2020 and is a Registered Client Service Associate for The Warren Group. Michael plays an integral role in providing an exceptional level of service in order to satisfy the sophisticated financial needs of clients. He also directly addresses client questions in real-time, identifying solutions tailored to meet specific account needs.  

                Michael holds his FINRA Series 7 and Series 66. He graduated from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University, magna cum laude, where he studied Finance with a concentration in Value Investing. Michael was a member of the Fordham Student Managed Investment Fund (SMIF) where he undertook the role of Analyst and Portfolio Manager for the Fixed Income sector. 

                Michael combines his passion for giving back to children in the community with his love for hockey as a volunteer with the UBS Hockey Team's joint initiative with 43 Oak Foundation. This special youth ice hockey organization makes it their mission to help underrepresented, diverse student athletes pursue their academic and hockey dreams. Michael is an active participant in the UBS Community Affairs & Corporate Responsibility programs as well as the UBS Young Professionals Network. 

                Michael resides in Ridgewood, NJ and in his spare time he enjoys playing men’s league ice hockey, guitar and golf. He is a member of Arcola Country Club in Paramus, NJ.

                    Senior Wealth Strategist - Advanced Planning

                    Introduction

                    Brad works with ultra-high net worth families, helping them achieve their tax, estate planning, and philanthropic objectives. Brad focuses on developing and implementing creative and comprehensive wealth transfer strategies that align with clients' wishes. He reviews clients' tax and estate planning documents to ensure that each plan accurately and holistically reflects the family's philosophy and needs while maximizing tax efficiency.


                    Professional History

                    Prior to joining UBS in January 2020, Brad worked at Brown Brothers Harriman, where he advised families on their tax and estate planning objectives. Brad began his career in private legal practice, most recently at Milbank in New York City, where he practiced in the firm's trusts and estates department. Brad is an adjunct professor at Fordham Law School, where he teaches courses on trusts and estates.

                    Brad earned a B.A. in mathematics and philosophy from Indiana University (summa cum laude), a J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he was an editor of the UCLA Law Review, and an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Taxation from NYU School of Law.

                    Brad is a frequent lecturer and author. He has published several articles on tax and estate planning in industry-leading journals, such as Journal of Taxation, Estate Planning, and Trusts & Estates Magazine. He has given dozens of lectures to lawyer and non-lawyer audiences throughout the United States, including for the American Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, and various tax conferences. In addition, Brad is regularly quoted on tax and estate planning issues in the news media, including Bloomberg, CNBC, and Barron's.

                    Christine Cronin leads the Tailored Lending Team, East team and focuses on marketing and structuring of tailored lending solutions for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients.


                    Professional History

                    Christine is a Managing Director within the Tailored Lending Unit within Global Wealth Management reporting to Anthony D'Andrea where she partners with Steve Marotta in developing the tailored lending business. Christine has in excess of 22 years of experience in the financial services of which 21 were spent in the private bank lending business. Christine joined UBS from Credit Suisse where she served as a Regional Lending Specialist for 5 ½ years. Prior to Credit Suisse she held roles within the Private Bank at Goldman Sachs, Bank of America and Deutsche Bank.

                    Christine earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics-Finance from Bentley University and her MBA in Investment Management from Pace University.

                  • Matthew Fleming

                    OTC Equity Solutions Group

                    Professional History

                    Matt is an Executive Director in the OTC Equity Solutions Group and focuses on the marketing and structuring of over-the-counter equity derivative solutions for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. Working with holders of concentrated single stocks, he helps clients think through the various hedging and monetization alternatives available to reduce risk, generate liquidity and enhance yield on these positions.

                    Before joining UBS in 2019, Matt spent five years at Goldman Sachs as a senior member of the Equity Solutions Group within Private Wealth Management, focusing on providing bespoke investment and risk management solutions to the ultra-high net worth space, including concentrated stock hedging solutions and structured investments. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he was one of four founding partners at Varick Asset Management, a derivatives asset management firm, and was responsible for product development and marketing of the firm's investment offerings. Prior to that, he was a Director in the Investor Solutions group at Barclays Capital and served as the senior marketer for over-the-counter derivatives and structured investments for family offices, high net worth investors, private banks and registered investment advisors. Matt spent the first ten years of his career at Lehman Brothers, where he was a Senior Vice President in the Structured Equity Solutions group, running the firm's single stock risk management business.


                    Education

                    Matt received his B.A. in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University and his M.B.A. from the NYU Stern School of Business. He holds his Series 7 and 63 licenses.
