Eric is a Private Wealth Advisor, Managing Director-Wealth Management at UBS, where he has built a distinguished career helping clients navigate complex financial landscapes. Eric leads the team’s financial planning and investment management efforts, specifically on customized strategies for retirement planning, wealth preservation and multi-generational wealth transfers.

As a Private Wealth Advisor, Eric works with high-net-worth individuals and families who often have unique and sophisticated planning needs. He is dedicated to delivering highly personalized advice, often involving legacy planning and tax optimization strategies as well as navigating family dynamics across generations.

Eric and his team are deeply committed to building long-term relationships built on trust, transparency, and a shared commitment to helping clients’ achieve their goals. They work in a consultative manner, leveraging the team’s strengths and the vast resources of UBS to provide a comprehensive wealth management experience

Eric is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He lives in Katonah, NY with his wife Kari, their two daughters, Lily and Charlotte, and their dog Maggie.

Rich is a Legacy Financial Advisor, Managing Director-Wealth Management at UBS with over four decades of experience, including 33 years with the firm. He plays a key leadership role in managing long-standing client relationships, guiding the team and overseeing its long-term business strategy.

Throughout his career, Rich has been a strong advocate for Financial Advisors, previously serving on UBS’s Financial Advisor Advisory Council (FAAC), where he represented the interests of over 6,500 advisors nationally. He continues to contribute as an Emeritus member, offering his insights and experience to support the broader advisor community.

A graduate of Tufts University, Rich has a thoughtful approach to client relationships and team leadership. He resides in Westport, CT and enjoys spending time with his three children – Michael, Jacqueline, and Geena.

Donna is a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate with The Wagner Abrams Group at UBS. With over 18 years of experience on the team, she plays a key role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a high quality client experience marked by precision, responsiveness, and service.

Donna brings knowledge in insurance, annuities, banking, and lending solutions, complementing her deep expertise in wealth management. Prior to joining UBS Financial Services, she spent 13 years as an options trader, gaining extensive experience across financial markets.

Donna lives in Staten Island, NY with her husband Charles, their two children, Isabella and Charles Jr., and their family dog, Penny.

Eric is a Senior Wealth Strategy Associated and a Certified Financial Planner, professional. He seeks to ensure every financial strategy is tailored to meet the complex needs of our clients. His knowledge of portfolio analysis and holistic planning, combined with his focus on fostering relationships with the next generation of clients, positions him as a critical asset to the team’s success.

Since joining UBS in 2014 through the firm’s Graduate Talent Program, Eric has worked closely with senior leadership and financial advisors, gaining a wealth of experience across the firm before joining The Wagner Abrams Group in 2019. His commitment to delivering high quality service and solutions is rooted in his desire to help clients navigate their financial futures with confidence.

Beyond his professional role, Eric is passionate about giving back. He remains actively involved in his alma mater, Penn State’s Smeal College of Business, where he was recently appointed a director on the Alumni Society Board. Eric also sat on the board of the Wall Street Decathlon, a charity that raised money for pediatric cancer research and successfully raised over $140,000 for a cause near and dear to his heart.

Outside of work, Eric and his wife, Jenna, enjoy discovering new restaurants and art in New York and Philadelphia, and currently live in Hoboken. An avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Penn State Nittany Lions, Eric brings the same passion to his client relationships as he does to his personal pursuits.

Tom is a Wealth Strategy Associate with a strong background in financial operations and client service. He joined The Wagner Abrams Group in April 2022 and plays an integral role in supporting the team’s operational and investment related functions.

Tom is responsible for onboarding new client relationships, assisting with asset allocation reviews, and managing a wide range of operational processes to ensure seamless client experiences.

Tom graduated Fordham University in 2020 with a degree in finance. Outside of the office, he resides in Manhattan with his girlfriend, Julia. Tom is an avid golfer, a beginner skier, and a devoted fan of the New York Jets, Knicks, and Yankees. He also enjoys exploring New York City’s vibrant culinary scene.

Cooper is a Registered Client Associate with a strong foundation in business and finance. He earned his degree in Economics from the University of the South in 2023 and joined The Wagner Abrams Group later that year.

In his role, Cooper supports the team through relationship management, account operations, trade execution and private banking services. He is committed to delivering exceptional client service while ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency.

Cooper currently resides in Manhattan where he enjoys being part of the city’s dynamic professional and cultural community.

Lauren brings over 12 years of experience at UBS to her role as a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate with The Wagner Abrams Group. She began her career at UBS as an intern and after graduating in 2014 from St. John’s University with a B.S. in Business Management, Lauren joined in the 299 Park Avenue Management Team as a Branch Office Administrator.

In 2016, Lauren was promoted to be an Administrative Officer within the Manhattan Market, where she played a key role in managing and developing Team Associates, collaborating with Financial Advisors and their businesses, while working closely with Senior Leadership to drive firm initiatives. Lauren’s leadership and expertise led to her to nomination and membership on the UBS Administrative Management Advisory Council from 2022 to 2024. With a strong background in business development, strategic initiatives, and organizational leadership, she is committed to supporting the client experience and the overall success of the team.

Lauren holds the Series 7, 66, 9 & 10 FINRA Licenses, as well as her NY State Life, Accident & Health License and continues to pursue further designations in support of her professional development.

Outside of the office, Lauren resides in Manhattan and enjoys traveling, museums, running in Central Park, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family & friends.

Madison (Madi) is a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate with The Wagner Abrams Group, where she brings a detail-oriented, process-driven approach to supporting clients and their evolving financial needs. Her background in high-level client engagement and strategic planning enables her to help craft comprehensive solutions for families across generations.

Before joining the group in August 2025, Madi served as a Vice President in the Office of the Chairman and CEO at BlackRock, where she helped manage Larry Fink's global commercial strategy, client relationships, and executive-level initiatives. She worked closely with senior leadership, institutional clients, policymakers, and investment professionals to execute large-scale projects and deepen global strategic partnerships. Earlier in her career, Madi worked in Morgan Stanley’s Prime Brokerage Consulting division, advising hedge fund clients on industry trends and best practices while developing widely followed market insights.

Madi graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Policy Analysis and Management, where she was actively involved in leadership, philanthropy, and professional development organizations.

Madi currently resides in Manhattan about twenty blocks from where she grew up. She enjoys Broadway shows, skiing, tennis and travelling with her husband. 

Megan Menendez is a Client Associate with The Wagner Abrams Group, where she supports both advisors and clients by helping deliver a seamless, responsive experience. She helps manage day-to-day client needs, prepares account documentation, and contributes to efficient team operations.

Before joining the group in November of 2025, Megan earned her degree at The University at Albany, studying Business Economics. She brings practical experience from internships in brand development, accounting, and banking. Throughout these roles, Megan developed strong skills in client communication, financial documentation, and onboarding support. She values detail-oriented support and building meaningful relationships with clients.

Megan is passionate about combining financial support with meaningful relationship development and is excited to grow within the wealth management industry. Outside of work, Megan currently resides in the Hudson Valley where she enjoys spending time with loved ones, traveling, and exercising.
