Experience

Eric has been working at UBS for 24 years.  Eric leads the team’s financial planning practice and investment management process. He also heads up their retirement planning business.

Eric and the team’s mission is to build long-term relationships with their clients based on trust and a shared commitment to their goals in life. Working in a consultative fashion, they draw upon the combined strengths of the team and the vast resources of the Firm to provide comprehensive wealth management services.

Rich has been with UBS for 33 years and has been in the financial industry for 42 years.

Rich’s main focus is on managing existing client relationships, as well as, sitting on the team’s investment committee and overseeing longer term business strategy.

Previously, Rich sat on the firm’s Financial Advisor Advisory Council (FAAC) representing the interests of the 6,500 Financial Advisors at the firm. He still actively contributes as an Emeritus member.

Donna is a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate and Operations Manager for The Wagner Abrams Group.  With over 18 years of experience with the team, she oversees all daily operational matters, ensuring seamless efficiency and client satisfaction.  In addition to Donna's expertise in wealth management, Donna specializes in insurance, annuities, banking and lending. Before joining UBS Financial Services, she spent 13 years as an options trader, gaining experience in financial markets.  Donna resides in Staten Island with her husband, Charles, their two children, Isabella and Charles Jr., and their family dog, Penny.

Eric is a key member of The Wagner Abrams Group, where he leads investment due diligence and serves as the team’s Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), ensuring every financial strategy is tailored to meet the complex needs of our clients. His deep expertise in portfolio analysis and holistic planning, combined with his focus on fostering relationships with the next generation of clients, positions him as a critical asset to the team’s success.

Since joining UBS in 2014 through the firm’s prestigious Graduate Talent Program, Eric has worked closely with senior leadership and top advisors, gaining a wealth of experience across the firm before joining the Wagner Abrams Group in 2019. His commitment to delivering best-in-class service and solutions is rooted in his desire to help clients navigate their financial futures with confidence.

Beyond his professional role, Eric is passionate about giving back, having raised over $140,000 for Memorial Sloan Kettering. He remains actively involved in his alma mater, Penn State’s Smeal College of Business, where he is pursuing a role on the Alumni Society Board. He also serves on the Young Wall Street Board for UJA.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys discovering new restaurants and art in New York and Philadelphia, and traveling with his fiancée, Jenna, with whom he lives in Hoboken. An avid supporter of the Philadelphia Eagles and Penn State Nittany Lions, Eric brings the same passion to his client relationships as he does to his personal pursuits.

Jena-Grace brings 15 years of valuable experience to the team, with a deep understanding of the wealth management industry and UBS’s client facing platforms.

She began her career in 2010 as a Client Service Associate at Smith Barney before joining UBS in 2014 in the same capacity.  Eager to expand her expertise, Jena-Grace transitioned to UBS’s Digital Solutions Platform team, where she mastered best practices in delivering seamless technology services and enhancing the client experience across the tri-state area.

Armed with these skills she returned to a client-facing role, her true passion, helping individuals navigate financial challenges and help achieve their goals.  In 2020, she joined The Wagner Abrams Group where she focuses on optimizing the client onboarding experience and helps to maintain the team’s multigenerational client relationships.  Additionally, she leads key development initiatives for the team. 

Outside of work, Jena-Grace enjoys traveling, attending live music and stand-up comedy performances, and spending time with her extended family and friends.

She maintains her Series 7, 66 & 9 as well as NY Life, Accident and Health Insurance. Jena-Grace holds a B.S. in Finance and an M.B.A. in Finance & Financial Management Services.

Tom is a Registered Client Service Associate with a strong background in financial operations and client support.  He graduated from Fordham University in 2020 and has been a valued member of The Wagner Abrams Group since April 2022.  In his role, Tom is responsible for opening new accounts assisting with client asset allocation reviews, and managing various operational tasks.  Outside of work, Tom residues in Manhattan with his girlfriend, Julia.  He is an avid golfer, an enthusiastic beginner skier, and a passionate supporter of the New York Jets, New York Knicks and the New York Yankees. He also enjoys exploring New York City’s dynamic culinary scene.

Cooper is a Registered Client Associate with a strong foundation in business and finance. He earned a degree in Economics from the University of the South in 2023 and joined The Wagner Abrams Group in December of the same year.  In his role, Cooper specializes in relationship management, account operations, trade execution, and private banking services, ensuring exceptional client support and operational efficiency. 

Lauren brings over 12 years of experience at UBS to her role as Team Business Manager with The Wagner Abrams Group. She began her career at UBS as an intern and after graduating in 2014 from St. John’s University with a B.S. in Business Management, Lauren joined in the 299 Park Avenue Management Team as a Branch Office Administrator.

In 2016, Lauren was promoted to be an Administrative Officer within the Manhattan Market, where she played a key role in managing and developing Team Associates, collaborating with Financial Advisors and their businesses, while working closely with Senior Leadership to drive firm initiatives. Lauren’s leadership and expertise led to her to nomination and membership on the UBS Administrative Management Advisory Council from 2022 to 2024. With a strong background in business development, strategic initiatives, and organizational leadership, she is committed to supporting the client experience and the overall success of the team.

Lauren holds the Series 7, 66, 9 & 10 FINRA Licenses, as well as, her NY State Life, Accident & Health License and continues to pursue further designations in support of her professional development

Outside of the office, Lauren resides in Manhattan and enjoys traveling, museums, running in Central Park, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family & friends.
