He specializes in credit union investment portfolio management and funding solutions, institutional fixed income cash management, personal financial planning services, customized private client investment portfolio management, estate and trust planning, insurance solutions, charitable gifting services, and retirement income solutions. James is passionate about delivering exceptional value and service to his clients, and helping them achieve their financial aspirations.
James resides in Gillette, New Jersey with his wife and four daughters. He is an avid golfer and enjoys staying active.
Prior to becoming a Financial Advisor, Justin spent several years at UBS as an analyst partnering with Financial Advisors and their clients on financial planning, asset allocation, and investment management. His CFP® (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™) and Wealth Advisor designations help provide guidance with some of the more complex aspects of our clients lives. Justin's roles include developing personalized financial plans, collaborating with other advisors (tax, estate, insurance, liability, etc.), investment management and client reviews. Having spent over 15 years at UBS, his focus is on optimizing the tax efficiency within our clients' portfolios and throughout various aspects of their financial plan.
Justin is a graduate of Saint Joseph's University. He currently lives in Basking Ridge, NJ with his wife Missy and their sons Tommy and Danny.
Michael has been a Financial Advisor for over 45 years, having started his career at PaineWebber in 1977. Michael has managed wealth successfully through various market cycles. He believes in taking a risk-management approach when constructing investment allocations and portfolios for our clients. As he has for the past four decades, Michael continues to take a holistic approach to wealth management for our clients and their families. Michael's roles include investment management, client reviews, and trusted advisor coordination.
Michael is a graduate of Ithaca College and currently lives in Alexandria Township, NJ with his wife Deborah.
William has gained invaluable experience during his career. He has held positions with several well-known financial organizations, including Wachovia Securities and Morgan Stanley. He earned a B.S. in economics and finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and subsequently obtained Series 7, 31 and 63 securities licenses, as well as life and health insurance licenses. He is a member of the CFA Institute and New York Society of Security Analysts. William and his wife live in Wood Ridge, New Jersey, with their two daughters.
Chris joined the team in 2012 as a registered client service associate. He also brings a strong background in branch technology, and is a key individual in technology updates and enhancements to the Warren branch. Chris lives in West New York, NJ with his wife Ana, and their three children.
Marisel began her career at UBS Financial Services in 2008 and has over 12 years of experience. She joined The Tantleff Group in 2020 and brings her knowledge, dedication, and exceptional client services skills to the team. She is a seasoned professional who continues her commitment to understanding each client need and provides resolutions. Her tailored approach to each situation enables her to provide clarity and confidence and maintain strong client relationship.
Marisel resides in New Jersey with her son Jonathan, Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her friends and family.
Vera is a Senior Client Service Associate handling all administrative and operational needs along with a variety of other areas for our clients. Vera has been with UBS since 2002 holding various roles at the firm during her tenure, including a number of positions in operations, new accounts and her most recent roles as Branch Technology Liaison and Client Service Associate. Her prior knowledge and experience in those areas allow her to effectively help our clients in a variety of ways. Her vast experience and her attention to detail has proven invaluable to our clients.
