Michael began his career in 1977 as a Business Analyst with Dun & Bradstreet Corporation in Rochester NY. He proceeded through all the analyst positions and subsequently was promoted to Branch Operations Manager in Providence, RI. His responsibilities consisted of all operations in the State of Rhode Island and Southwestern Massachusetts.
He returned to Rochester in 1983 as an Account Executive for E.F. Hutton & Co and continued through the mergers of Shearson Lehman Brothers, Smith Barney and Morgan Stanley. During that period he was recognized as a member of the Presidents Council and Century Club for twelve successive years and acted as the Branch Sales Manager from 1999 to 2010.
He began his employment with UBS Financial Services in December of 2011. Michael is a graduate of the University of Albany with a B.S. in Financial and MBA from Bryant University. He is currently an adjunct professor of business at Nazareth College.

As Senior Vice President of Investments, Michael is committed to providing comprehensive solutions to his clients' financial planning needs. His areas of expertise include investment management, retirement planning, tax planning and estate planning.
Prior to joining in 2011, Michael served as a First Vice President of Investments for eleven years at Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney, where he was responsible for financial planning, portfolio management, client relationship management and strategic planning. Prior to 2000, he was the owner of Security Safe, a large regional security firm. Upon the sale of Security Safe to The Doyle Group, Michael became President of Doyle Security Services, a company with 125 employees.
Throughout his professional career, Michael has helped highly successful individuals, families and institutions with their financial needs, and continues to provide only the highest standard of care and expertise for wealth creation and preservation. Michael graduated from the University of Buffalo with a B.S. in management.

Phil has developed a broad-based background and record of accomplishment over a 30 year professional career. Phil joined UBS in 2011, following 8 years with Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney. In 2007, Phil completed Smith Barney's Leadership Development Program, reserved for a highly selective group of financial advisors from throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Smith Barney in 2003, Phil developed expertise in financial analysis and management as well as strategic planning, with a particular emphasis helping successful business owners and medical professionals evaluate opportunities and achieve their long-term financial goals.
Phil served as Founder & President of MDX, Inc., a management consulting firm, from 1991 to 2003. Phil's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in finance from the Wagner School of Public Service at New York University, and a bachelor's degree from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA where he majored in English and had a secondary concentration in economics.

Ross joined UBS in 2011 as a Wealth Strategy Associate, and plays an integral role in The Rochester Group's research and investment monitoring activities. Prior to joining UBS, he was a member of The Rochester Group at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney where he began his professional career in June of 2010.
Ross received his bachelor's of science degree with a major in business administration from The School of Business at the State University of New York at Geneseo. In addition to holding both a Series 7 and a Series 66 license, Ross holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation, administered by the Investments and Wealth Institute™ in conjunction with The Yale School of Management.

Lisa joined The Rochester Group in January 2021 as a Senior Registered Client Service Associate. Lisa brings with her more than 15 years of financial services industry experience. Her warm personality and strong attention to detail provide clients with an comforting overall experience knowing that their needs are being met with accuracy and care.
An alumna of St. John Fisher College, Lisa earned a bachelor's degree in personal finance, and also received an associate's degree from Finger Lakes Community College in business administration. Lisa holds the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 66 securities registrations and is a New York State Notary Public.
Born and raised in Naples, New York, Lisa now lives in Canandaigua where she enjoys challenging herself with home improvement projects, baking with her kids and spending time camping and kayaking with her family.
