Financial Advisor
Scott’s passion is serving the wealth planning needs of affluent, multi-generational families. He has developed two areas of specialization: advising NFL and NCAA football coaches and players and guiding multi-generational families through the complexities of managing and preserving their wealth. The son of a Marine Corps pilot, Scott brings commitment, discipline, and dedication to every client relationship. As a walk-on football player at the University of Wisconsin, he learned the value of perseverance and selfless teamwork, leading to a Rose Bowl championship in 1993. Since beginning his career as a Financial Advisor in 1998, Scott has dedicated himself to serving, leading, and helping clients and their families achieve their goals.
Scott earned his BS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and holds two advanced industry credentials: CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Certified Private Wealth Advisor®. He is an NFL Players Association Registered Financial Advisor and a frequent speaker at the American Football Coaches Association Conference. He also serves on the selection committee for the Pat Tillman Foundation, awarding scholarships to exemplary military veterans. At UBS, Scott served as Co-Chair of the Financial Advisor Advisory Council, a select leadership group of 16 advisors advocating for best practices across the firm. He serves on the National Football Foundation Board (Colorado Chapter), recognizing and honoring Colorado’s top scholar-athletes. In addition, Scott is a member of the Metro Football Stadium District Board, helping oversee the stewardship and community impact of Empower Field at Mile High.
Scott, his wife Annika, and their daughter Hollie live in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Their oldest, Allie, is attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a nursing student. Their son, Erik, is committed to Hofstra University, where he will compete in Division I lacrosse next season. For more than 20 years, Scott has coached youth and varsity high school football (Mullen, Cherry Creek, and Valor Christian). Scott and Annika enjoy raising their children, skiing, golfing, and attending lacrosse and football games.

From the largest task to the smallest request, Caroline is dedicated to exceeding client expectations every step of the way. Her core responsibilities are essential to enabling her team to fulfill its mission of helping financially successful individuals plan, invest, and lead fulfilling lives. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Caroline leads her clients’ Financial Goals Analysis using UBS’s comprehensive planning software, which illustrates how all aspects of their financial lives connect—and how every decision made today can shape their future lifestyle. In addition to her planning role, Caroline supports Scott in a junior advisor capacity and continually expands her portfolio management expertise. She also acts as a trusted liaison between Scott and Mac, ensuring that every client request is handled promptly, thoughtfully, and consistently with a commitment to going above and beyond.
Caroline graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate. A standout member of the Division I Women’s Lacrosse team, she was honored with a leadership and sportsmanship scholarship awarded in memory of a former teammate. After graduating, she began her career in Chicago, working in Wealth Management at AllianceBernstein before returning to her hometown of Denver to join Scott at UBS in 2020. She currently serves on the Alumni C Club Board for former letterwinners at CU and is a member of the ACE Scholarships Emerging Leaders Board.
Outside of work, Caroline has a passion for all things sports—especially football, hockey, and golf—and enjoys spending time outdoors. Whether she’s fishing or hiking in the summer or skiing with friends and family in the winter, Caroline brings the same dedication and enthusiasm to her personal pursuits as she does to serving her clients. She holds her Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 licenses.

Client Associate
Mac is a Colorado native, raised in Greenwood Village and shaped by years of competitive tennis. He earned his degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Chapman University in Orange County, California, graduating cum laude. While at Chapman, Mac served as captain of the nationally ranked NCAA Division III tennis team, competing in both singles and doubles throughout his four years. Beyond athletics, Mac was active in campus leadership. He held two executive roles in his fraternity, was inducted into the national college athlete honor society, and earned a nomination for the Don Perkins Leadership Award, which recognizes outstanding leadership both on and off the court.
Mac previously interned with UBS during the summer of 2024 and is excited to return. He will bring a disciplined, positive, and team-first mindset to the position. His core responsibilities will be coordinating all administrative and operational duties, including opening new accounts, making wire transfers, obtaining client statements and documentation, and executing trades. He will also support Scott and Caroline with advanced planning strategies and portfolio construction. Mac enjoys playing tennis, running distances, and spending time outdoors in his free time. He’s also an avid follower of college and professional sports, specifically football, basketball, and lacrosse.
