Viktor was born in Budapest, Hungary at a time when it was still a satellite state of the former Soviet Union. Members of his family sought asylum in the U.S., following the failed 1956 uprising against the communist regime, in search of freedom and economic prosperity on the other side of the "iron curtain". Inspired by their success, and driven by his own dreams, he immigrated to the U.S. in 1984. He graduated from the University of North Texas in 1994, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with an emphasis on Personal Financial Planning. Viktor is an active leader in the wealth management community, having previously served as the President of the Dallas/Fort Worth Financial Planning Association in 2004.

Rita Karl is a Vice President-Wealth Management, US in Dallas, Texas. Rita is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CFP® professional, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. Rita can help clients pursue their objectives by managing on a discretionary basis custom investment strategies, selecting from a wide range of model portfolios and third-party investment strategies.
Originally from Riga, Latvia, Rita earned her Bachelor’s degree from Moscow State Institute of Electronics and Technology. She also graduated from a Certificate Program in Financial Planning from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. She currently resides in Dallas and enjoys running, cycling, skiing and traveling. A self-proclaimed art lover, Rita enjoys visiting and supporting museums across the country, including the Kimbell Art Museum in Fort Worth, the Dallas Museum of Art, as well as the Met and the Museum of Modern Art in New York City. She is also passionate about causes dedicated to those who cannot help themselves, including children, animals, the elderly, and the environment.
