David joined the financial services industry in 1986. David has been married to his wife, Tammy, for over 40 years.  They have three grown children, Donald, along with his wife Katie, and twins, Patrick and his wife Mina and Kaity and her husband, Joe.  

He has earned numerous designations: CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®),  Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC®), Retirement Plan Consultant, Senior Portfolio Manager - Portfolio Management Program, and Assistant Branch Manager. Dave is a member of the Financial Planning Association. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in business administration with a major in finance from the University of South Florida in 1986.

In his spare time, he enjoys birding, fishing, traveling, and doing his annual Christmas Light Show for various children's charities where he syncs over 100,000 lights to music at their home. 

Jonathan began his career at UBS as an intern in 2009, while he was attending Florida Gulf Coast University. There he received his bachelor's degree in finance. He joined the McQuade Group in the Fall of 2010. He maintains his Health and Life Insurance licenses as well as the Series 7, 63, 65, & 31 securities licenses.  He has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®),as well as the CMFC® (Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor™) certification and his CRPC® (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor), educational credentials issued by the College of Financial Planning.   Jonathan assists David with investment research, portfolio management, and financial planning.  He currently lives in Naples with his beautiful wife Natalia and their son, Grayson.  He enjoys golfing, cooking, and playing pickleball.

Tammy joined UBS Financial Services, Inc. in 2008, after spending time home schooling her three children, Donald, Patrick, and Kaity. Tammy has been married to David, our senior partner, for over 40 years. Tammy worked as an accountant and office manager for several 501C3 organizations and worked as a computer training specialist. Tammy graduated from Edison State College. She serves our team coordinating client events, and marketing. Tammy enjoys time with her family, traveling, birding, nature photography and scuba diving.

Adrian Martinez joined the McQuade Group in 2024.   He lived in Miami for 20 years, where he met his wife, Yanetsy.  They moved together to Lee County in 2021.  He studied Business Administration at Miami Dade College.  Having worked in the Banking Industry for over 7 years and most recently as an Experienced Senior Relationship Banker which gives him a unique understanding of client’s needs and customer care. Prior to joining the McQuade Group, he successfully passed his Security Industry Essentials FINRA exam, showcasing his dedication to expanding his financial knowledge and expertise.   He is passionate about learning new skills and finding creative ways to improve things both at home and in his daily work responsibilities.   He also enjoys baking and home projects.  We know you will enjoy speaking to him on the phone as he assists you with any of your operational needs
