Experience

Matt grew up in Palm Beach County and spent much of his free time playing competitive sports while excelling in academics. Matt is highly driven and enjoys helping others perform at their peak. Following a brief college football career, Matt went on to attend The University of Central Florida, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology.

Mr. McMahon spent half of a decade as a personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach at the largest multi-disciplinary health club in Central Florida.

Matt has carried this same passion for helping others achieve their goals into his career with UBS. In 2021, Matt joined The McMahon Group, which has been led by his father, Steve McMahon, since 1985.

He is highly focused on adding value to the lives of his clients, whether they be high-performing business owners, licensed professionals, and/or professional athletes. Through an initial discovery process, Matt is able to identify his clients’ needs, and then tailor and implement a personalized plan to help them achieve their specific goals.

Matt holds the following securities licenses: SIE, Series 7, Series 66, and Florida 2-15 Health & Life (Including Annuities & Variable Contracts) Agent License.

Matt enjoys living an active, South Florida lifestyle and attends Catholic Church. He lives in Jupiter, Florida with his miniature dachshund, Penny. Matt has also volunteered his time at Cardinal Newman High School, having ran the football team’s strength and conditioning program and is a member of The University of Central Florida Alumni Network.

Steve McMahon has been a Financial Consultant since 1985.

A 1979 graduate of Clemson University, Captain McMahon spent seven years in service to our country as an officer in the Air Force working as an Airborne Intelligence Officer and a Nuclear Missile Launch Control Officer.

Today, his team helps manage the financial lives of numerous families, many of whom have been with him through multiple generations.  In parallel fashion, Steve was joined by his son, Matthew in 2021 and together, they formed The McMahon Group.

We help clients determine long-term financial goals and implement customized investment strategies.   As part of the McMahon Group, I am able to dedicate myself to the individual client’s needs and wants.  Simply put, we help our clients manage their time and their finances spending as much time as you require and as little as you desire.”    

Ordained as a Minister in the Roman Catholic Church since 1999, “Deacon Steve” primarily works with teenagers and young couples and serves in advisory roles in multiple charities.  He lives in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida with his wife Mona.  They thrive on the successes of their four children and four grandchildren.

Of her 35 years in the industry, the last 19 have been with UBS Financial Services, Inc. as a Senior Registered Client Associate.

Alesia resides in Palm Beach Gardens, FL with her husband of 23 years, Mitch. She has an obsession for cooking and enjoys traveling as much as her schedule allows. Her biggest enjoyment in life is being able to spend time with her family and friends.

Alesia is a Co-leader for the North Palm Beach Chapter of The Compassionate Friends of where she helps counsel grieving parents through the loss of a child. She loves spending her free time gardening, sewing and taking boot camp classes at her local gym.
