The Longshore Group provides the individualized attention of a boutique team comprised of four financial professionals with extensive industry experience. We have carefully helped navigate high net worth individuals and families through 10 market declines and two recessions over the last 30 years.

      Steven A. Chille is a First Vice President of Wealth Management and Certified Financial Planner. Steve brings over 30 years of financial industry experience with four years in mortgage banking and approximately twenty-six years as a financial advisor. Steve works closely with our high net worth clientele assisting them in meeting their family and life's goals.

      Steve received his Bachelor of Science at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield Connecticut and graduated with a major in Finance and Management and a minor in Economics. Steve holds the Series 7 General Securities Representative, Series 63 Uniform State Exam, Series 65 Investment Advisory Agent, Life Insurance, Health Insurance and Annuity licenses.

        Victor Pappolla is a Registered Client Service Associate in UBS Financial Services Westport, CT office. In this role, he works closely with assisting high net worth clients with administrative needs and services. He joined the Longshore Group in February of 2017 with about seven years of experience in the industry.

        Prior to joining the firm, Victor worked at Morgan Stanley from 2010 - 2017. For the first six months of his employment, he worked in operations. After that, he served as a Client Service Associate until January 2017.

        Victor Pappolla earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hofstra University with a major in communications in 2008. He holds the Series 7 General Securities Representative and Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law Examination licenses. He currently resides in Stamford, CT and enjoys to golf, as well as many other outdoor activities.

We integrate our discretionary portfolios together with offerings from the extensive UBS platform to create your personalized asset allocation. In this process we balance risk tolerance, time horizon, and short and long term goals of both individuals and families into an appropriate investment allocation that helps seize opportunities and mitigate risk.

          Portfolio Management Program

          Many of our clients opt to delegate the day to day management of their assets. By integrating our proprietary portfolios, we tailor our strategy to each client’s specific objectives while paying careful attention to the current financial market environment.

          Balanced asset allocation

          With thorough due diligence and our planning process, we’ll help make sure you arrive at a balanced asset allocation that supports your short and long term plan. This gives us the ability to help manage volatility while maintaining an opportunistic approach towards investments and changes in all markets


          The Portfolio Management Program (PMP) is a wrap fee advisory program in which our Financial Advisors manage client accounts on a discretionary basis. PMP is designed for clients who (i) want to delegate portfolio management discretion to their Financial Advisor; (ii) are looking to implement a medium to long-term investment plan; and (iii) prefer the consistency of fee-based pricing.

          PMP is not appropriate for clients who: (i) want to maintain trading control over their account; (ii) seek a short-term investment; (iii) want to maintain consistently high levels of cash, money market funds, or invest primarily in no-load mutual funds; (iv) want to maintain highly concentrated positions that will not be sold regardless of market conditions; or (v) who anticipate significant withdrawals from the account.
