Steven leads the Kaiser Group, as a Global Wealth Management team. Recognizing that many of today's clients can have a multinational presence, The Kaiser Group is part of a select division at UBS that have the capabilities and meet the regulatory requirements to help clients manage their wealth across multiple jurisdictions. Steve is a Portfolio Manager under the UBS Portfolio Management Program (PMP). As a PMP advisor, he offers a personalized investment management process. This includes incorporating a financial plan to establish a strategy that meets his client's needs and goals, then managing the investments and evaluate results.

Steve has over 30 years of experience in wealth management. Steve founded The Kaiser Group in 1996 at Merrill Lynch with a commitment to deliver complete global wealth management services to clients in the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean. He attended Florida State University. Steve lives in Weston, Florida with his wife Donna. He has two sons, Daniel, who is a member of the Kaiser Group team and Kenneth who is a product manager at a major technology company.

Daniel is a financial advisor for the Kaiser Group with over 6 years of experience in the financial services industry. As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), Daniel works closely with business owners to help develop an exit strategy that maximizes value, allowing business owners to achieve a higher multiple at time of sale or substantial liquidity event. Daniel provides wealth management solutions, including custom tailored financial planning services to business owners and families, both domestic and abroad. Additionally, Daniel offers direct support to client’s and prospects, while working to anticipate client needs with the ultimate goal of developing a richer client experience.

Daniel Joined the Kaiser Group as Client Associate in 2013 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from The University of Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Commerce in 2011. Prior to his entrance into the financial services industry he worked as an Excess & Surplus Lines Underwriting Assistant. He is an avid hunter and fisherman that enjoys being outdoors as well as spending time with family and friends.

Rodny is a Wealth Strategy Associate and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ for The Kaiser Group focusing on client's needs beyond their investments. As a CFP® professional, Rodny helps clients in areas such as budgeting, retirement planning, tax harvesting, insurance coverage, as well as legacy planning. Rodny is primarily tasked with financial planning, portfolio implementation and balancing, client reporting and portfolio reviews; and, developing and upholding a comprehensive approach to financial planning.

Rodny joined the Kaiser Group in 2008 after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University in 2007. He later completed a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in 2009. Rodny lives in Miami Gardens with his wife Michelle and their children.

Andres is a Client Service Associate for The Kaiser Group focused on all administrative and day-to-day operations. Andres offers direct support to client’s and prospects, while working to anticipate needs and help create a favorable client service experience. From new account opening to online access, Andres works together with clients to ensure exceptional service that exceeds expectations. Andres is the primary contact for cash management; such as wire transfers and other payments, account opening and maintenance, client statements, online access support, and developing meaningful relationships with clients while providing an exceptional level of service.

Andres was born in Miami, then relocated to Colombia with his family, and then returned to U.S. to complete high school and college. Currently he is a student at Florida International University, majoring in Business Administration with a focus in Finance. He has more than three years of experience in customer service in the financial industry. He enjoys watching a variety of sports and is an avid soccer player.
