After 35 years as a regulator, correspondent banker, financial guarantor, investment adviser, property developer and real estate financing broker, Jim realized that the best way for him to serve his clients would be to join a leading institution with an emphasis on integrated, international wealth management. The choice was simple and in early 2010 he moved his practice to UBS.
Jim earned an M.B.A. in finance from Washington University in St. Louis (Olin Graduate School) and a B.A. in economics from Lake Forest College. He is a member of the CFA Society of Washington, D.C. and has held regulatory, senior management and investment advisory positions at the NASD/NASDAQ, Sallie Mae, Connie Lee, New York Life and Ryan Labs Inc. Jim has served as a trustee of Lake Forest College and the Abruzzo-Molise Heritage Society.
He has also served on various committees for local community groups and clubs, including the Special Olympics, Washington University and Cheshire Academy. Jim is active duty qualified in the Virginia State Guard (VDF). He and his wife, Nancy live in Great Falls, Virginia and have three adult children.
With 30+ years of continuous investment experience at leading Wall Street firms, Geoffrey McHenry has maintained his clientele throughout bear and bull markets alike. As the team technician, he advocates respect for relative valuations, sentiment and market cycles.
Geoffrey graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1991 with a B.S. in economics and minors in history and finance. He was selected to study international banking and finance at The London School of Economics. In early 1992 he joined Merrill Lynch, where he worked for 17 years advising clients on investments. As a committed student of investment markets, Geoffrey recognized that the best way to serve his clients would be to join a leading international wealth management firm with strong research and service platforms. Thus, he joined UBS as a Vice President–Investments in 2008.
Geoffrey is a Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) and has expertise in college funding strategies and knowledge in retirement planning strategies. An avid sailor since his early teens, he races a J-30 in Annapolis, MD.
Geoffrey and his wife, Susan live in Vienna, Virginia, and have three adult children.
Jim is a Senior Registered Client Associate with over 10 years of experience who helps individuals and families ensure they receive outstanding service in the form of administrative solutions designed for their individual needs, communicating consistently throughout the process.
He believes the key to providing outstanding service is by understanding each client and their individual needs. Jim strives to build strong personal relationships with each client, earning their respect and confidence by providing tailored solutions to maximize their time to focus and enjoy what each of them value most.
Prior to joining UBS, he was a Wealth Management Associate for the Graystone Institutional Consulting team at Morgan Stanley. Jim is Series 7, Series 66, and life and health insurance licensed.
Jim graduated from Marymount University in Arlington, VA with a degree in Business Administration. He also was on the soccer
team while attending Marymount and is the school’s 5th leading scorer in history. He and his family live in Lakewood Ranch, FL.

Justin Biggs is an Executive Director on UBS’ Global Family & Institutional Wealth (GFIW) team, a group that delivers institutional services and capabilities to sophisticated family offices. He partners with Family Offices to help them navigate UBS and achieve their objectives across trading, lending, and banking.
Justin joined UBS in 2010 and spent thirteen years in Global Markets distribution roles across Derivatives Execution and Clearing, Electronic Trading, and Equity Finance. He spent years on UBS' Platform Sales team with a focus on Listed and OTC Derivatives Execution and Clearing for Hedge Funds, Banks, Family Offices, and Insurance firms. He has a deep knowledge of institutionally traded financial products and has familiarity covering start-up firms through multi-billion-dollar investment managers

Nicholas Galeone is a Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets & Underwriting within the Real Estate Finance Group at UBS. In this role, Mr. Galeone is responsible for, among other things, approving all new loan originations for securitization, overseeing the transaction management process for all commercial real estate loans, including underwriting and structuring, as well as the securitization and distribution of all CMBS loans through new issue transactions or syndication of subordinate debt positions.
Mr. Galeone began his career and first joined UBS in 2002, as an analyst in the securitization team. During 2013, Mr. Galeone was a Director at CBRE Capital Partners, and subsequently a Managing Director with Sound Mark Partners, focused on originating high yield debt positions and b-piece investments.

Baxter is a Managing Director at O'Connor, based in New York, where he is Co-Head of O’Connor Capital Solutions, the $1.1 billion private credit fund he launched with his co-head, Rodrigo Trelles. Prior to joining O'Connor, Baxter was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank where he was Head of Origination and Structuring for Private Credit. Prior to Deutsche Bank, he worked at Latham & Watkins as a senior associate in the Finance Department, focusing on leveraged finance and project finance.
Baxter holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Dartmouth College. He is also a member of the New York board of directors for Girls Leadership, a national non-profit organization dedicated to teaching girls how to find and use their voices, and he remains a competitive rower for the Dartmouth alumni Ever Green Boat Club.

Brian joined UBS in 2018 from Citigroup where he was a Managing Director in the Global Communications group and was previously with Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital.
Prior to his career in investment banking, Brian was a CPA with Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen. Brian earned his MBA, with honors, from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and his BS and MS in Accounting from the University of Florida.
