Cray Martin has been providing comprehensive wealth management and personalized financial planning for his clients for over 32 years.   As a trusted advisor with UBS Financial Services, Inc. he is located in their City Centre office in Houston, Texas. His passion for finance began in the early 1980s after experiencing personal losses during the savings and loan crisis and he decided to make a career out of helping others succeed and to avoid many of the pitfalls inherent in investing. Cray is committed to helping clients pursue sustainable financial outcomes through personalized goal setting, risk management and professional portfolio management.   He focuses on establishing credibility through integrity, and building long-term trust. He joined Paine Webber & Co. (now UBS) in 1998 and has remained with the firm ever since.  Cray has been recognized by Forbes Magazine by being awarded “Best in State Wealth Advisors” in 2023, 2024, and 2025, to which he credits his clients for their trust and confidence in his team over the years.

A native of Corpus Christi, Cray graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Economics and a minor in Marketing. He enjoys spending time in the Texas Hill Country with his wife, Michelle, and their growing family—especially their soon-to-arrive grandchildren. Outside of work, Cray is active in his church, enjoys the occasional saltwater fly fishing trip, and loves traveling with Michelle.

Carlyn English is a Senior Registered Client Associate at UBS Financial Services, having joined the firm in 1999. With 26 years of experience in the financial industry, Carlyn collaborates closely with wealth advisor Cray Martin, providing elite client service. Her responsibilities include personalized services for online access, cash movement, statements, referrals, and scheduling consistent client reviews and meetings.

Originally from Corpus Christi, Carlyn holds a marketing degree from Southwest Texas and has
experience in both financial services and the retail industry. She resides in the Houston area and has a daughter, Kelsey, who graduated from Texas A&M in 2016 and currently works and lives in Austin. In her leisure time, Carlyn enjoys bicycling, tennis, gardening, and motorcycle riding.

Liz McHugh, a Senior Client Service Associate at UBS, joined the firm in 2022 as a part-time assistant to the Martin Wealth Management Team, bringing with her extensive prior experience in the financial industry. She collaborates closely with Cray and Carlyn, primarily responsible for preparing essential financial reports for client account reviews. Additionally, she assists with online services, statements, cash movement, and provides personalized client support.

A native of Houston, Liz graduated from Memorial High School and Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She is married to Jeff, and they have two grown sons, Matthew and Mason. Liz enjoys hunting trips with her family, cooking, and spending time at their bay house in Rockport.

Parker Wagner is a Client Associate with UBS Financial Services Inc., supporting clients as part of the Martin Wealth Management Group in Houston, Texas. Parker brings an analytical, disciplined approach to his work, shaped by a background in engineering and energy investing. Before joining UBS, he spent three years in private equity focused on the energy sector, where he developed a rigorous approach to evaluating risk, allocating capital, and thinking in long time horizons — the same disciplines he brings to supporting the team's clients and their families. He is committed to relationships built on integrity, clear communication, and a genuine investment in seeing the people he works with succeed.

A proud Texan, Parker earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University — the same alma mater as his father-in-law, Cray Martin. He and his wife, Addison, were married in 2025. Outside of the office, Parker is active in his church, where he leads a young married ministry, and he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors across the state.
