Donna earned her Associate's Degree from New Mexico State University and has been in the financial services industry since 2001, and at UBS since 2007. Donna also has 9 years experience as a legal secretary.
Donna plays a key role in ensuring operations run smoothly. She spearheads operational efforts alongside Matt and also assists the advisory team in meeting coordination, as well as managing relationships with our clients.
Donna is a mother of three children and also has seven grandchildren. In her free time, Donna enjoys the outdoors through her various hobbies including camping, gardening, boating, and kayaking.

Anna joined UBS in November of 2018, when she moved to Naples from Nashville, TN. Anna has a background in both insurance and IT and while she enjoyed her time and success in those industries, she enjoys applying that knowledge to her career in Wealth Management. Anna is fully licensed and registered, and plays an important role in managing client relationships and the day-to-day operations of the team.
Anna has one daughter, Ava, and enjoys being outside, on (or in!) the water, and anything to take advantage of living in paradise.
She has lived in a few different cities across the Southeast, but Anna considers this latest move coming "home". She grew up in Naples and is Terry Dean's sister!

Matt graduated from the Virginia Military Institute in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in business and Economics. While there, he participated in both the Marines Corps’ and Navy’s ROTC programs, was a new cadet military instructor, and served on the Institute’s Honor Court.
Originally hailing from Colorado, Matt enjoys everything that deals with the outdoors ranging from hiking to scuba diving. A devoted rugby fan, he enjoyed the opportunity to travel to Ireland with his club team in 2017 to play a few matches against Irish clubs.
In addition to a sense of adventure, Matt is passionate about philanthropic work and service to others– a core pillar of UBS’ and the Naples Northbrook Group’s mission. He completed his Eagle Scout project at a small orphanage in Tanzania in 2016, and helped renovate a children’s hospital in Barlad, Romania in 2018.
Matt holds Series 7, Series 66, and Health / Life & Annuities / Variable Contracts Insurance licenses.
