Mike is a seasoned financial professional with extensive expertise in retirement planning, leveraging his education and experience to help clients achieve their financial objectives. He emphasizes the importance of comprehensive planning, initiating every client relationship with a detailed financial strategy.

Mike joined UBS and the Tampa Wealth Management Group in 2002. Before this, he spent 13 years as a Senior Pension Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he served as the lead consultant for prominent clients, including the PGA Tour, Carnival Cruise Lines, and several major healthcare facilities.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics and is licensed in Series 7 and 66 securities, along with insurance licenses. Mike is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and was a past member of the Tampa Bay Estate Planning Council. He has also contributed to the community by serving on the South Tampa YMCA Board of Directors for several years.

Mike resides in Tampa with his wife, Madonna, whom he married in 1987, and their daughter, Madelyn. In his leisure time, Mike enjoys reading, cooking, entertaining, and outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, golfing, and relaxing at the beach.

John is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Business Administration. He began his career with Merrill Lynch in 1985 and has experience in portfolio management, retirement strategies and estate planning.  He holds his Series 7, Series 63, Series 65 and Life, Health and Variable Annuity Insurance Licenses.

John enjoys fishing, boating and sporting events. He has volunteered at various organizations including; Tampa Bay Little League, YMCA, Florida Bar Grievance Committee "13D", Metropolitan Ministries, and The Tampa General Hospital Foundation. John lives in Tampa with his wife Kathy and has two children, J.T. and Jackie.

As the team's Senior Wealth Strategy Associate, Annette specializes in building customized financial plans tailored to the unique objectives and priorities of the clients. Her expertise encompasses in-depth investment manager research, asset allocation strategies, and mutual fund analysis.

Annette began her career in the financial industry in 2005 at Merrill Lynch. Prior to joining UBS, Annette was a financial paraplanner and specialized in financial planning, retirement plans, and portfolio construction. She has also worked with International clients and traded fixed income products at Morgan Stanley.

Annette earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and has a certification in Performance Management from Florida State University and her M.B.A. from Nova South Eastern University. She has also earned the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™ (CDFA®) designation. Annette holds her Series 7 and 66 licenses as well as her Life, Health, and Variable Annuities license.

Brady brings a dynamic and well-rounded background to the UBS team, where our seasoned group of advisors has served high-net-worth families, business owners, and professionals for over three decades. His journey with the team began more than ten years ago as a college intern. After a successful career in private equity, venture capital, and institutional consulting, Brady has come full circle—now advising clients alongside the same team that first sparked his interest in wealth management.

Prior to rejoining UBS, Brady spent several years in venture capital and private markets, raising capital and structuring investments in real estate and technology. He later joined Raymond James Financial, where he supported top-producing advisors on the Asset Management desk and served as an institutional consultant, helping large organizations refine their investment strategies and fiduciary governance.
Brady is passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of their financial lives with clarity and confidence. Whether planning for a business transition, optimizing a tax strategy, or creating a legacy for future generations, he finds purpose in guiding successful individuals and families through meaningful financial decisions.

Outside of work, Brady enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Madelyn, and their children—especially on the water. As a family, they love to travel, cook, and explore new places and experiences together.

Valerie embarked on her career with UBS in 1999. Throughout her two-decade tenure, she has meticulously nurtured robust client relationships, fostering an environment of trust and dependability. Clients can rely on Valerie’s adeptness in discerning solutions and delivering thorough responses to their inquiries or concerns. Her profound understanding of UBS systems and protocols is crucial in refining team processes and upholding operational efficiency.

Valerie has been instrumental in the recruitment and training of our interns and support staff. Her foremost passion is mentoring these individuals within our team and branch.

In her free time, Valerie participates in local running events and crochets baby blankets for friends and family expecting new arrivals, a tradition her grandmother began over fifty years ago. Valerie and her husband, Orlando, relish spending time at the beach and hosting spontaneous dinners for their loved ones.

Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Dylan Snyder is a dedicated financial professional with a strong academic and professional foundation. He is a graduate of Jesuit High School (Class of 2016) and earned both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University, where he was recognized on the Dean’s List for academic excellence.
Dylan began his professional journey as an Equity Research Analyst, where he developed a keen understanding of market trends, equity movements, and the financial news cycle's impact on trading strategies.
In 2022, Dylan joined the Tampa Wealth Management Team at UBS as a Team Associate. Since obtaining his Series 7 and 66 licenses, he has taken on an expanded role supporting the team’s efforts in portfolio management and business development. He plays an integral part in the team’s growth strategy and in the management of corporate 401(k) plans, contributing to both client service and operational efficiency.
