    A native Syracusan, Scott started his financial services career with Shearson Lehman Brothers in 1985 as a financial advisor and continued with its successor firm Morgan Stanley/Smith Barney until joining UBS in 2009. Scott focuses his business on wealth management, retirement planning, and estate planning strategies. 

    He received his B.S. degree from Syracuse University with a major in Marketing – Syracuse University School of Management.  Scott is active in Tip Club of Syracuse and Fayetteville United Methodist Church. In addition, Scott mentors Veterans through an Alliance with American Corporate Partners (ACP), for those seeking a career in finance.  

    Scott enjoys golfing, biking, and hiking in his spare time.

    Margo is a 28 year veteran of the financial services industry, who began her career in 1995 at Smith Barney before joining UBS in 2009.  In 2016, Margo assumed the title of Wealth Management Associate. In her continuing efforts toward self-improvement she obtained the Chartered Retirement Plan Counselor™ (CRPC™) designation and in 2021 Margo became the Team Administrator.

     Margo enjoys spending time with family and friends, biking, hiking and reading.

      Rich began his career in the Financial Services Industry in 2013 before joining UBS at the Weehawken, New Jersey headquarters in 2016. Working in Financial Planning and Advisory Consulting, Rich provided comprehensive planning and investment advice to financial advisors and clients throughout the country. Understanding the importance of financial planning, Rich went on to obtain his Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor(SM) certification in 2018 and his CERTFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2019. After gaining valuable experience in UBS’ headquarters, he joined the Syracuse Group in 2022.
